We can see from the information at our end that your order was received back into our DC on the 22nd May due to the Fork being lost in transit from inside the box, therefore your order was refunded as the contents of the box was lost in transit by our courier. We can see that on the day of the refund our customer service team tried to call you on the mobile number provided. However, they were unable to get an answer. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we do hope this will not prevent you from us in the future.

Expensive delivery charges.
Good product choice. Good prices. Reasonably quick delivery but, the delivery charges for items that can't be collected is expensive. Especially as it's literally only a 15 minutes journey at the very most.

Exceptional Customer Care
First time i've ordered from this company, I ordered online and received a phone call from the company to agree delivery time, location and phone number.
The driver on delivery was also very helpful, I met him on arrival and he delivered my order into the garden as I requested, and didn't just leave it on the footpath, ensuring that the materials didn't impact on neighbours.
