Never worked with a lousy company like…

Never worked with a lousy company like this one. Lousy unprofessional and lazy drivers control what happens to your delivery package! Took me 1 week of messages, calls and complaints to have it delivered!
They should be out of business

Ordered through Lazada and…

Ordered through Lazada and unfortunately it was a J&T delivery.

The riders wait until late at night, make a few missed calls and then mark it as a failed delivery.

They did it a few times.and now my parcel is being returned to the seller.

A complete waste of time. Why don't they bring it to the door?

A failed call is not a failed delivery!

Worst courier.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, absolutely zero customer service. Drivers do not speak English or Arabic, and are rude and expect you to go to them. Amazon has used them for my deliveries twice now, never again. I will be contacting Amazon. Terrible!

DATA PRIVACY ACT Abuse

J&T Express does not care about DATA PRIVACY ACT. I told them that I would not surrender my ID as they could use geo-location to prove that the parcel was delivered. They insisted and still want to ask for ID due to their SOP. I don't share my ID with anyone except for government or any related purposes but delivery-wise - Never! When I told them that I would file a complaint for their practice and explained that their SOP would never trump the law or my rights, they called a supervisor and told me to just send them a message stating that I received the parcel. What a waste of time to explain that their SOP does not do any good.

The driver by the name Hasnain Khan has…

The driver by the name Hasnain Khan has no manners, does not know how to speak. Was rude on the phone because I asked him to bring change for a COD order and then proceeds to ask me to hand back my parcel to him as “he doesn’t want to deliver it anymore” like it’s his property.

My building security had to get involved, called customer care to leave a complaint and to send another driver next time. This Hasnain Khan then proceeds to call me at 11 pm at night repeatedly.

Not sure how this company is still operational given all the reviews on here.

Rude driver Khateeb MD Irshad Khan…

The driver Khateeb MD Irshad Khan delivered my parcel to the wrong house even it is clearly stated in my delivery address the correct villa no. and when i called him he said that he will not comeback to collect it. So I called the customer service, but she said they will do investigation and will try to fix it within 24hrs, but unfortunately 72hrs has past no one contacted me and no one cares about my parcel which is paid already. I keep calling the driver but he is not answering and never came back. I will not order again from TEMU if the courier is J&T.

Worst courier company

My package could've arrived in 2 days. It travelled from Bangkok all the way too Pattaya. When it reached Bang Lumang163, I waited 2 days just for 2 drivers to not deliver it. AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING MY PACKAGE AWAY TO A DIFFERENT TRANSIT CENTER. I'VE SEEN SNAILS MOVE FASTER THAN A J&T EXPRESS DELIVERY WORKER. GIVE ME MY PACKAGE THAT I PAID YOU MONEY FOR.

So frustrating!

It's so frustrating how they only tried to deliver my parcel twice instead of 3 times, earlier than the delivery date (so I was out of town), then they won't aswer my calls! My parcel was returned to the sender because of this, and what annoyed me the most is the attitude of the workers when I inquired and asked questions in thier warehouse!!

They don’t like delivering large items

They don’t like delivering large items. Paid for door to door postage but they will ask for me to pick it up as won’t fit on the bike. I paid nearly 1k for delivery but need to pick up. They cancel delivery after 2 attempts within hours of each other. They don’t do a 3rd attempt as per agreement and Lazada. Deliver on public holidays that don’t match the anticipated delivery date. I don’t expect delivery to take place on public holiday’s as that going away family time.

Fake Delivery Attempts?

I was notified of a packages arrival.
(Good I guess).

So I waited and waited, the delivery guy contacted me at 2:47 PM.
He asked me where I was, which I guided him till he mentioned a location that indicated that he was just actually within 500 meters away from my house.

He said he could handle finding my house on his owm, then I waited more. To my surprise when I checked shopee app, he actually marked the delivery as unsuccessful.

I looked more into it and I found out that he marked it on a location a few kilometers away.

So I put two and two together, not only did he lie to me about being close to my home.
He also lied about the reason for the cancelation of delivery. Which naturally pissed me off and I'm writing about it here.

Turns out the Branches of J&t express are chaotic and "problematic" based on the experiences of other people provided on reddit and other social platforms.

Guess this fast and loose service is more focused on the loose rather than the fast.

Package was sent back to sender as it was tagged as buyer unreachable when I was so proactive in communicating with the rider! Chatted with their customer service support but was advised to reorder.

i am a seller and i need to ship out my parcels this day and since this will be the last day for the orders.. and since there's no electricity here in our area, i wont be able to print a waybill.. so i asked them to print a waybill, pinakisuyuan ko sila.. and they answered that they're no longer printing. i insist kase nga ngayon lang ulit bc wala lang talagang electricity here sa amin... and they still refused.. AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO EITH MY PARCELS? HAYAAN MA-CANCEL NALANG?! JUST FOR THE FRICKING WAYBILL??! GOSH! IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE U ZERO STARS! I WOULD TALAGA!

Slowest service I have ever seen

Slowest service I have ever seen. I am busy and I got a notification early in the morning, and was excited to receive my order no longer than noon or early evening, but it came at 7pm no one is longer at home to receive my product and I hate how shopper decide to partner with this good for nothing logistic company when I would rather pay then times the price for a reputable company to deliver my package. I was so excited for the thing that was coming in the mail and unfortunately because of the late delivery now I am busy for the next week and won’t be able to enjoy the thing I order I’m the mail. If I ship the person I hate in the mail I would even consider J&T due to how poor their product handling and service is.

I would give 0 stars if possible, wordt company ever, they dont answer the phone, neither reply back on ig or whatsapp. My package already arrived but haven’t received any updates. Its being like that for 5 days
