Another great delivery received
My order arrived very quickly and everything was in order as expected. I have used Traidcraft Tea for many years and love its delicious strong taste, enough for the largest cup. We have enjoyed the Chickpea Puffs before and they were really delicious; hence we have ordered more. I love that the food producers are paid a fair wage, just like I expect for myself. Keep up the good work.

The order came very promptly to N…
The order came very promptly to N Ireland. I have had problems ordering from another Fair Trade Company. Sometimes the order came to N Ireland only for it to be sent back to England again. This is the second time I have ordered from True Origin. Both times the order arrived promptly.

Website is easy to use. I was called to advise of a short delay to the package shipping and was asked if that was OK. Then an email was sent to say that it had been dispatched on the date that I was advised it would.
