I am always happy with my purchases…
I am always happy with my purchases from JUjube. The bags are so usable, durable, and cuuuute. The customer service is amazing. I've never had a problem with them making things right. One time I bought a bag that had a small cut in it. I didn't notice right away because it waa a hard to get print and I didn't get to look it over well. Two days later while admiring I noticed it. The store I bought it from and the company jujube made it right and I got a replacement bag within days of sending mine off.

Organized, cute, functional bags for so many purposes
My order contained the new style mini helix bag which is so adorable! It's the perfect size for carrying your phone, small wallet or be charged, keys, lip balm, coin purse/small set, or a wide variety of items. I love that it can also be worn as a waist/fanny bag. I also got a be set and be quick to organize my larger bags. My order was shipped within a day or two by USPS, and was carefully packaged in a sturdy box. I am a happy customer!

Great product direct from Jujube!
I received an awesome placement on my blind order of my Mini Helix for the sushi cars release. Very happy! I do think Jujube’s shipping charges are a bit steep. I can order from boutiques online to get jujube products and have them charge the same price without shipping fees.

I love love my bag that I ordered. I got my order much faster than I thought I would. My one thought was that for as much as I paid for the bag the packaging , how it was shipped, could have been better quality. The bag is very sturdy so I suppose it didn't really need better packaging. Also, maybe the poor packaging is a way to deter stealing. Overall I am very very very happy with my purchase and with Ju-Ju-be
