They are amazingly helpful at JJB. I’ve order from them many times and only once had an issue. I messaged customer service and they fixed the issue right away. I love shopping with JJB.

Jujube is a great company. They have quality products that last. The price initially can seem high, but these bags have great resell value. Their customer service is amazing, as are the community of followers. I recommend these products for the baby/toddler stage and beyond!

I placed an order early in the morning on March 6th and received notification that it had shipped that afternoon. It has now been 48hrs and the package has not been received by USPS yet. I placed several orders with other retailers in the evening of the 6th and they have arrived already today. I don't anticipate ordering from Jujube in the future if this how long it takes them to drop a package off once a shipping label is made.

I'm super happy with these products - we got a bunch! They are useful, stylish, and still look great even though I'm using a lot of them everyday. The BFF, the stroller straps, and the paci pod currently get the most use, but I also use the fuel cell, and my partner has a hatch diaper bag that he loves using. I would highly recommend these to any mama or papa out there!

I ordered a backpack for my daughter and she LOVES IT! So many ways to keep things arranged so it's not a mess. She is excited to be able to find things and know where they are. Plus she loves the design of the fabric. I will probably buy something for myself soon.

Excellent quality products that were clearly made by moms who know there stuff! As a soon to be second time Mom it has been hard to find products that can withstand all of the daily wear and tear of toddler life. Ju-Ju-be products have made everything that much easier being a stay at home mom! In addition us military mommas having the benefit of a discount is an honor I’m grateful for.

The products are nice but support was a bit of a hassle. I received a damaged product and instead of shipping me a new product right away they made me return the old product and once that product was received they shipped me a new one (still have yet to receive that one). I get things happen but to receive 5 stars you should have shipped the new piece out right away and allowed me to return the old one within X days.

Best product ever! I have one idea though. Knowing it's hard to get licenses.BUT..You could possibly expand your client base if you opened the door for geeky/nerdy patterns. Star wars, game of thrones, doctor who, DC and Marvel etc..I'd buy all the things.

I love all of the JuJube products I have ever gotten. I love that they provide military discount and mail their products within a week after purchasing online. I’d highly recommend any parent to buy their bags!
