This is ridiculous It was the first time buying Bitcoin and then they said it has been approved and then they said something else it’s ridiculous I want the money to be transferred to my bank or the money to the address I have not received a email or a update about what I should do and the money is taken from my bank! Used this company to buy bitcoin
Used this company to buy bitcoin, a month later my cc details were used for online purchases 300 miles away. No other company had these details. When I purchased my coin I was charged by Jubiter on my debit card account yet I only gave them my credit card details ??, they are exchanging your bank account details with other companies. The trading company Cardano Markets were the ones who only had my debit card details - 2 snakes in the same pit. And don't talk about spam calls, have 38 blocked numbers on my phone mostly from Baltic States rerouted via UK mobile numbers. DO NOT USE this company. Having read the response and their email Jubiter still can't explain how they managed to debit my debit card for my purchase when I never gave them the number??????DO NOT USE!

Note that when you make a payment to us, your payment detailsa re never revealed to us.
The order page is fully encrypted, and the data goes directly to your bank to approve the payment.
We do not store your full card details onto our website.
This ultimately means that we do not store the data which would be used to make payments without your approval.

After speaking with you and looking at your account, I am sorry to say that you have transferred the Bitcoins to another Bitcoin wallet, and they are no longer in your Jubiter wallet.
Given the fact that Bitcoin wallets are anonymous, we recommend being extra cautios in your transfers, and ensure that you are only trasnferring funds to your own personal wallet.
You have not been conned by us, the services have been provided, but you've transferred the Bitcoins externally.

I would like to first apologize for the issues you have encountered.
There were major delays due to increasing amounts of Bitcoins transfer around the period when you initiated the transfer.
As such, the blockchain deemed the fee which was paid initially ( which was appropriate for the volume at the time) insufficient for approval, or at least until the volume decreased.
This is the reaosn why the transfer was delayed.
We remain at your disposal for any further questions or queries, but we really do apologize for the issue and we can understand how frustrating it can be for the transfer to be delayed this much.

The order has been settled as fast as we could, however the transfer itself had to be accepted by the Blockchain. The fee quickly became too low for the amount of transfers ( due to too many transfers being made) and it was pushed back.
We realize that this is not adequate, especially when dealing with Bitcoins, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. I will have one of my colleagues reach out to you and provide you more insight.

I am a frequent crypto buyer and have always used other platforms when needing to purchase quick bitcoin with a debit or credit card. I have Never been mislead as bad as I have been with Jubiter.
If you need bitcoin relatively fast DO NOT I repeat DO not use JUBITER
I am ID verified and completed a purchase over 24 hours ago and all I am told is that my purchase is pending review. Now it’s Saturday and they are closed and tomorrow is Labor Day and they will probably be closed. This is horrible as the company advertises like you can get quick bitcoin.
I was Mislead big time.
Like a lot of other people I am sure.
There are so many other fast options out there and I guess I made the mistake of using the wrong one.
