Terrible response time, do not care about tenants.

I moved in a few months ago and everytime I have contacted them needing assistance they haven't been able to help at all. They do fix things, they just submit tickets that go nowhere. Love my apartment but hope that nothing serious ever goes wrong because I know that they will not help.

Terrible service. Delaying e mail replies. No phone number to contact them nor in person offices. A couple of different parties making the understanding of how they work a nightmare. They have no clue about anything except taking your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

READ THE CONTRACTS THEY SEND YOU CAREFULLY.

Basically the 13th clause in the contract said that after 2 months in the flat they would raise the fee from 17300 dkk per month to 25000 dkk per month because they would change the window frames... LOL.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry but this is shameful, blatantly aimed to deceive and make profit - most likely on foreigners like me.

stay away please, it's not worth it.

Mark Østergaard Langhoff is an outstanding agent. He is patient, polite, knowledgeable, and provides fast responses.

He goes beyond duty and I cannot emphasize the lengths that he will go for you!!

As I work for Alfa Moving, one of the largest mobility companies in Scandinavia., we have a huge influx of employees relocating to Copenhagen, and it is a tough renters market where He will be my go-to for all my Juli Living transactions!

Mark is super helpful, there was no question that he couldn’t answer. He is available and fast in responses. We cannot be more satisfied with him and Juliliving.

Customer service is basically non existent, the only reply is "will talk to the manager" and then no reply until you ask again... and you'll be faced with this loop forever. Probably the only reason they exist is that they are shoved down your throat when you rent, and they know tihs.

the Worst customer service I have seen since living in Denmark.

No heating for more than a year. No compensation despite what's stated in the law. Terrible support (you have to write them and call them DAILY ALL DAY to get anything through. Elevators not moving (for A YEAR). Sewage water coming up the drains as geysers. No clear answers on anything.

Aconto usage draggin out now almost half a year into the new year.

Deliberately they divide the buildings into segments, so you can't form a unified renter's union.

PLEASE DON'T RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM! THEY SQUEEZE ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU!

How people working there can sleep at night is beyond my understanding. Shame on you.

The worst customer service ever! Our floor heating hasn't been working since last Christmas and no one cares about it! Calls are pointless and the only response we get is "we will contact our property team". Unbelievable

Excellent service, availability and kindness deserve all 5 stars

I am writing this review with deep frustration regarding the abysmal service provided by Juli Living. For nearly three months, the ventilation system in my apartment has not been working, and been severely compromising my living conditions. Despite numerous attempts to contact Juli Living, they have shown a complete disregard for their responsibilities.

The lack of urgency in addressing this issue not only violates my fundamental right to reside in a well-ventilated and healthy environment but also raises serious concerns about Juli Living's commitment to providing basic services for which tenants pay their monthly rent.

Their prolonged failure to rectify the situation has not only inconvenienced me but has also left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of the company. It is disheartening to experience such a blatant disregard for the well-being of tenants.

I strongly caution anyone considering Juli Living as their housing provider to think twice before making such a commitment. The inability to address a basic issue over an extended period reflects a concerning lack of accountability and respect for tenants' rights.

I have been living in the Friheden brand new building since March 2023. Everything was fine the first 5 months, but when the rainy period started in mid August, the walls are leaking every time it rains. They sent a person to fix it once, it stopped leaking for 2 weeks and then it started again. Also, the damage from the leaking has never been fixed.

The past few days the situation has become worse. More water is leaking and no help has come yet. They have only sent an email that they're trying their best to fix it, but no one has actually come to fix it. It's a problem that a lot of the apartments face, not only mine.

Juliliving keeps building apartments in Denmark. Everyone knows how rainy it is most of the year. They had to take this into consideration while constructing the building. Instead of trying to find last minute solutions, the company should have taken care of it before people started to live in the apartments.

Their response is slow, the solutions temporary, and a lot of the tenants, including me, are stressed and wonder what will happen or if other more serious problems will occur.

I give one star, because we also had issues with the floor heating system, which needed to be fixed twice so far. In addition to the problems I have faced, the quality of the materials they used it's really low and cheap, at least in the kitchen area.

I really hope you seriously consider our comments and at least improve your next constructions!

Until now things are going very smoothly. We were struggling finding a place to rent from abroad. Until I met Sussane form JuliLiving!
Since the beginning she was very kind to show us the apartment via a FaceTime call and answer our questions via email very fast. Great/efficient attention from her. We now have rented an apartment and I hope it stays as a great experience after we move in.

The service to reserve The apartment was very good especially from Mark.

Mark has been extremely helpful with the apartment showings and we loved the overall experience with him. He was well-informed about the neighborhoods, and amenities, providing insights that helped us make an informed decision. Mark was very professional in responding to all our questions and concerns. We highly appreciate.

Mark from Juliliving helped provided us with an immense amount of help. He is very professional, helpful and has a very quick response time. :-) The process was straightforward and we got got help at any point we need it.

Horrible company!

Never ever would rent with them!
MONTHS after moving in, many things hasn’t been even finished (sockets out of the wall, kitchen desk lying on the floor, because they just didn’t place it on the right way, sealing around toilet not finished because they have been lazy) - I had a friend (construction worker) here and he was amazed how they didn’t finish things.

However, later the stove didn’t work for 5 weeks and they even said they didn’t place it in a right way so it was dangerous that way but still Juli Living/Newsec didn’t want to give us any compansation for not be able to cook for 5 weeks!

Communication with them is 0! They are not picking up the phone and via email you get 0 value answer maybe once a month.

I never had an experience with such a horrible company. Everyone is moving out from these building in Sydhavn because they are tired of this. We are even trying to be a member of Lejernes Hus and get some help with these non-professionals.

We have been living here for 8 months and still some parts of the apartment are not done/fixed.

For your own sake just find some better renting company!

I want to express my utmost satisfaction with my experience dealing with Juli Living and in particolar with August Brix Ostenfeldt during the lease closing process for an apartment. From the very beginning, August exhibited exceptional kindness, competence, and professionalism.

He demonstrated great skill in promptly addressing any concerns or queries I had, ensuring that the process progressed smoothly.

I highly recommend Juli Living real estate agency to charge your home in Copenhagen, even for those like us who have not yet moved in and need to handle the file from abroad.

CHEAP MATERIALS, EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART!!!
We are the first tenants, and the whole building is facing some insanely serious and dangerous problems, which nobody comes to fix.
All the walls are cracked. We have been fed by the bullsh.. story about how the building needs to "settle" for a year, but everyone has lived in some different buildings, and no one ever experienced so many problems to this extent.
We are just receiving emails, but nothing gets to be done about it.
WE HAVE BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL CRACKS OUR WALLS
WE HAVE WALLS LEAKING WATER
WE HAVE CEILINGS FALLING OFF ON THE MIDDLE FLOORS (4th, 5th, fx, and it is a 9 floors building)
I am one of the many tenants that is waiting for some action, but nothing is fixed for over a month now.
Imagine having a hole over your bed for over a month, and in that time several people had come to "SEE" the hole and left as clueless as they came. Imagine being handed a bucket as a problem solution, and then experiencing them coming TO COLLECT THE GODDAMN BUCKET, even though the problem is not solved!!!
What the fudge???!!!
Luckily they pay the guy to write emails with us.
