I, like the other people rating this company am extremely annoyed with this company and its customer service. I placed an order with them on April 10,2019. I finally received my order today, May 3,2019.
Every item I ordered is the wrong size, and the items vaguely resemble the pictures of the clothing on their website. I contacted their customer service and was given the run around in trying to return the poor quality clothing. They say they are located in the UK, but my package came from China. So I guess this will be a lesson learned. I am out $112.00 for clothing that I can't fit and is of extremely poor quality!

Do not buy anything from this company. I believe I somehow got this site from Shopify, Did not know it was Chinese. The website is useless. You cannot get a hold of anyone except for a scripted person who will email that the item is on the way, be patient. I believe it is a scam and cannot understand why Amazon and Shopify carry it.

Took over a month to get, very poor quality, items going right in the trash!

I’m so sad I didn’t see this website earlier nor did I do my homework to realize there is no phone number as a contact. My story is the same as everyone else’s...ordered almost $200 worth of apparel. Tracking number doesn’t work. I’m done. Don’t let the slick website and appearance fool you, this is not a legit company. I’d love to file a class action case. Any lawyers out there? This has to be a slam dunk win the nasty cheats!

The skirt I ordered was damaged. I sent an email to the service address, but didn‘t get an answer. No return possibilities, no money back! Is that the way they are acting?

I waited over a month. I did not know they were based in China. I tried to exchange a pair of sneakers that were way too big ( never worn ). I had emailed them many times only to receive a response telling me I would have to send back to China and pay any tariff over $5.00. what is with this?
there is no store front in the USA.

where is there return policy disclosure saying they are based out of China and that is where the returns go ? they should be banned from selling in the USA until they are able to review their return policy according to USA guidelines.

I have placed and payed for an order which was shipped on April 9th according to a message I received from Jullymart.com. Today is April 25th. I still have not received my order, nor will they respond to my email. This is upsetting to me,and disappointing because I really like their clothing and I would like to place future orders. However, this remains to be seen as to how much longer I have to wait for a response.

I ordered two blouses. The quality was inferior and was not what was pictured. Their sizing was way off. I ordered a 3X and they were more of a 1x or XL.

I emailed them to get the refund address. It is in China and you have to pay the shipping and customs. They actually suggested that I trying to sell the items to others to get some of the cash value instead of trying to send the items back.

The quality so bad, I couldn't sell the items.

Bought top size off sleeves of size s ordered L couldn’t get it on jullymart wouldn’t take it back suggested give to charity

I would give NO stars if that were an option. Jullymart advertises products on Pinterest with photos and then ships something similar but of inferior quality. What they advertise is NOT what they ship. They are a SCAM. I bought some shoes, they took 8-10 weeks to arrive, they were a very cheap quality that had a terrible odor, and when I called the company, they offered a 10% refund, because the cost to send them back to China was more than the value of the shoes. BEWARE and DON'T BUY FROM JULLYMART.

I ordered my items 3/17 and received an email that they were shipped 3/26. The tracking number and system doesn't work. I have emailed twice with no response. It's now 4/18 and I have no items, no response from the company. I can't imagine how much this company is stealing from people. I saw ads for their clothes & shoes on multiple sites before ever following the link. The site looked official. I was hesitant with PayPal as the only option, but this is true for a few online boutiques I frequently shop at so it wasn't a huge red flag. I googled for reviews and none popped up at the time (they do now!). Unfortunately I fell for this scam. I'm out hundreds, just hope others check these reviews before buying.

UPDATE: my items were delivered. The quality is horrible. One 'fitted' dress was sewn as a rectangle, stitching was loosing threads upon arrival for all clothing, pale pink shoes (seen over & over again in the pinterest ad) are Pepto/neon pink, and "camel" colored shoes are a shiny gold plastic material. Never again.

Do not get scammed. The quality of the clothing is AWFUL! The images do not represent the product at all. I complained tried to return and they offered me a 10% refund. What? Do not buy from this company.

I am also scammed from this fake company I was stupid to order around $263 in clothes and as of to date I did not received anything. I ordered on April 4th and today is April 18rh. I received an e-mail about item being on the way but that’s all never got any other message. I am trying to find a way to report this to (bbb) better business. This looks and smell like scam and they have to be stop. Please don’t fall for them, learn from my pain. It’s not worth it

I wish there was a zero!! Terrible quality from a Chinese company that scams people with their ads. Do not buy!!! I ordered three pair of shoes that in total are worth about $5–nothing like the ads. Now I am fighting to get my money back. I am very disappointed that Pinterest would allow such scam artists to use their site.

Ordered a pair of shoes have not received them. Ordered almost a month ago. They certainly took my money but didn’t send the shoes. Sent a tracking number but can’t track them. Won’t give a number to call. Now not answering my emails! Scam artists taking people’s money! Do not order!

Ordered two pairs of shoes from an instagram ad. That was a month ago. I signed up for text and email updates. NOTHING. I’ve emailed them twice—NOTHING. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER THE CUTENESS OF THEIR AD. Now I’m dealing with trying to get the money back into my account. Unbelievable zero on customer svc. No replies and the ONLY way to contact is email. RUN far from this scam company.

Worst dress I have ever purchased. I am so annoyed. Please do not purchase from this company. The quality is really awful. I didnt even try the dress on it was so badly made, cheap looking and strange shape. Aghh! Nothing like the picture displayed. Now trying to get a refund which seems impossible.

No matter how cute the item looks do not be tempted to buy from Jullymart. In addition to the product being very poorly made the customer service is terrible. Rather than facilitate a return “Lucy” suggested I try to sell or give as a gift the items I wouldn’t want for myself! Then the offer of 10% off to keep. Not sure it’s worth the return shipping. You are warned, don’t buy from them!

This company is a scam. I placed an order 1 month ago and still haven’t received it. The automated customer service “Lucy’ keeps sending me useless tracking info which is in Chinese and doesn’t address where the item is. At this point I do not ever believe it was shipped and I am out the money.
