I ordered shapewear from them . It was total garbage. When I applied for a refund they said only 1/3 of the price can be returned … I was not happy with it , but still proceeded to complete the refund formulaire … in the end they charged me once more on the last step . Instead of refunding , they charged me one more time!! How is it possible ? Wtf ?! They are scammers . Stay clear!

Do not order from this company. They don't even deserve one star !!! It's a fraud. What you see is not what you receive. Total deception. It's criminal.

I was attracted by the beautiful linen clothing but received clothes in very cheap inferior fabric not linen at all.

I regret somuch not having checked the reviews in advance. I will never make the same mistake again!

These people are criminals, you will not receive anything from them. No product and no money back. I have reported them to the Federal trade commission and continue to email them this is a scam they need to be removed from the internet and prosecuted.

ZERO STARS!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!! I bought almost $400 worth of clothes because they looked so cute online. What I received was TERRIBLE quality and fit and were nothing like the pictures online. After paying over $40 to send them back I was told they never received them and I wouldn’t get a refund. Is that legal?? It shouldn’t be! PLEASE don’t waste your money! You’ll be disappointed like me!

sent poor quality item, ask for a refund, $33USD, advised me they would refund $6USD as return shipping to China from Australia was expensive and I could keep item or send to charity shop, i wouldn't even send to charity shop it's so bad, straight in bin.

They sell knock-offs using cheap materials, and use images from other brands and online stores to advertise their products.

I bought a bathing suit online that looked great but was the ugliest cheapest material - I didn't even try it on. I asked for a return form and they asked me to send pictures. Then I sent pictures and they told me it was going to be so expensive for me to return it that they suggest I just keep it! Criminals.

These people are thieves. I sadly ordered a dress that looked pretty cute in the image. What a piece of garbage! The fabric was flimsy, shiny, wrinkled polyester. And this was supposed to be a sundress. They offered a $20 credit if I wanted to keep it. Duh. What was I going to do with it? I think I spent around $11 to ship it back to China without tracking, as tracking would’ve cost around $35 more. It’s been over 3 months and they claim to not have received it yet. Highly unlikely. I’ve spent over $60 and I have nothing. How can people like this stay in business? I obviously will never buy anything from this place again.

If I didn't have to give it one star to make rating i wouldn't have given it any . Bought a toy for grandchild that took over a month to get but came incomplete . They did not send the rest and gave me a 10% refund 2.00 I will never buy from them again !

I believe this seller engages in deceptive practices. The purchase was made from "Rockoo." The PayPal recipient is Julie Chic. When I attempted to resolve my issues, the seller referred me to Jully Mart (www. jullymart. com/pages/returns-exchanges ).

A search of Jully Mart led me to here (TrustPilot (www. trustpilot. com/review/jullymart.com ) where I found more than 145 reviews, 98% of which are "bad." Many of the complaints there mirror mine: Merchandise that is not as described, of poor quality, and substantial difficulty in getting a refund.

The items shipped from Dept NJ #1169, PO Box 1008, Monroe Township NJ 08831. The seller has proposed I return them to an address in China. USPS says the cost, with tracking, will be $39.50. That's more than the cost ($38.40) of the items.

I believe the seller's model is to ship poor quality merchandise, then when a buyer complains they count on the buyer to accept a low-ball refund offer and keep (or dispose of) the merchandise. The seller still makes a good profit as the purchase price far exceeds the cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost far exceeds their actual cost, as well.

Added 11/27/2019: We ordered from an ad on Pinterest. Be careful of those ads, Pinterest doesn't seem to vet their advertisers at all.

Like so many others, I had the same runaround about getting a refund. It took me about 2 1/2 months, but I finally got almost all of my money back by emailing them almost daily, yes DAILY, demanding a refund. I called them out on being a sham operation and told them that I was going to the legal authorities. I told them that I doubt they wanted that, especially if it turned out to be a class action suit. Very soon after that I received a message that my refund had been processed!

I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and referencing the reviews on this site. I would strongly recommend that you do so as well and also try the constant emailing that worked for me. I think they basically paid me to go away! But they deserve to be investigated. Total ripoff company.

They don't even deserve a one star. I ordered the blue Casual Solid Color Braided Strap Boots and 3 weeks later received an ugly, utterly cheap, fake, knock-off. Put the word out about this site - DO NOT order from it.

They are another scam website. The items are not as shown in the pictures. They offer returns.... but you have to pay the shipping back to China, which for me, was over $75. Do not order.

When i saw the return address i realised id never get my refund - DO NOT order from this company - you get shoddy goods and an offer of a 15% refund - you can't return the goods its too expensive - its nothing more than a cheap chinese scam for trusting buyers.

The products I bought were not bad for such a price but the customer service is extremely poor. I returned one of the items, however, never received any money back. Sent numerous emails but nothing. I would not bother to use this website ever again.

If you are thinking of trying this company, take the money and burn it. The products are not as described, the quality is terrible, the sizing is wrong and the worst part is their service. Try getting a refund from them and you’ll be told it’s too expensive to send to China and your package will not likely make it or arrive dirty and they won’t refund it anyway. Steer clear, this is internet shopping at its absolute worst.

This company is a complete scam. They never sent my package, took my money, pretended to resend the package twice, gave me fake tracking numbers, blamed me for the delivery failure, tried to charge me more money, and then “destroyed the goods.” I am beyond words to describe the time and money I have spent trying to obtain what I ordered. They steal your money. It is an illegal company. No one should post their advertising. Ever. Also I think fed ex is culpable for associating its label and services with the company as well. Unbelievable. Stay far far away from this company.
