You have poor customer care service, and products.

You have poor customer care service especially at the office near the i&m bank to be specific. There is a very dark lady who is very much inconsiderate, incompetent, inhumane and extremely rude. She even had the nerve to grab my product from my grip after making inquiries Jumia's return policy. I have been devasted with the Jumia workers for a product i prepaid dearly. My experience with Jumia has been awful, and their products are of poor quality. I am never buying anything again from this site. I am highly disappointed and withdrawing my loyalty from them. I am confidently moving to other sites like Killimall, and the likes.

No way that something I ordered 1 month ago and I have been waiting for such a long time with so many problems, it is out of the stock now, and you just have wrote me this today !!!!!!!! How????

THE MODERN SEATS AND PILLOWS ( my number of the order :335398342) I really need so badly!!! This is why the people order your staff, because they need it! The Modern Seats and pillows ,which I order grey and pillows white and grey with the sale promotion and which you just once delivered me in totally wrong colors, like blue and ping and I had to face your delivery problems, and useless customer cervices not answering and putting my calls down....all was a tragedy and now when I finally should receive my order , you just get read of me in this way???? The worst online travel agents I’ve…

The worst online travel agents I’ve ever used!
0/10 Customer Service promised to call me back after I rang them at least 4 times, regarding non payment to the hotel I was staying in, and they didn’t ring back even once.
1/10 purely for collecting my payment from my bank account.
0/10 for not making the payment to the hotel resulting in me being delayed in checking out, and nearly missing my flight.
Best advice I can give to anyone reading this review don’t ever use them!!!

The worst online shop in the world

The worst online shop in the world, they don't know how to manage vendor inventory, they canceled the order giving the reason that the item is out of stock. The worst time is when you request for refund, they take you in cycles. Refunds that should take 48 hours end up taking forever. I would advice anyone to go traditional way and buy from shop directly.

Poor poor poor!!

I ordered a phone,after 2 months use the phone started hanging it went off and did not turn on.I raised my complain and was taken through a 3 day process,at first they gave me non-existent location of the service center i wasted hours looking for a fake place,i went back to their physical customer care agent along Kenyatta Avenue.The lady initiated a return request and i was allowed to give back the phone. I waited for weeks untill i got an email to go and get my spoilt phone at posta because they were unable to solve the issue.I wasted time,money and energy only to get my spoilt phone back,the mail indicated that they will forward the details of service center,but i have never heard from them.Anyway i was so much dissapointed.So bitter! Why sell fake products anywy.

Think twice about buying any…

Think twice about buying any electronics from Jumia. If they are faulty in any way, all you will receive is back and forth. Jumia will avoid incurring any costs at whatever cost.

I had such a bad experience with them, and worst of it all they don't adhere to their terms.

You are better off walking in a physical store, purchasing your items there however expensive it might be than buy from Jumia.

Good site

Good site, works very well, usually delivers very fast. They sell items from local and international sellers, so they have lot variety, but also different prices for the same item, so search well and choose the right seller, prefer local sellers for faster and more reliable delivers

Jumia Egypt has TERRIBLE customer support. It's all fine and dandy if you just buy and pay but if you're an unlucky chap and you end up with an item that's not as described /pictured then good luck even trying to talk to someone to help you resolve your problem. Their automated messaging service is super frustrating and any message you send online will not be answered before four working days!!?? Worst still, when it is answered you don't get someone to pick up the item that was wrongly sent to you!! Jumia then has the nerve to send you an email telling you that your complaint has been resolved????!!!! How dare they undermine their customers like this!!!!!

For those still making purchases in Jumia be WARNED. I recently purchased from this site and got the wrong order and even after lodging a complain I could not get any refund or an item exchange. All along I thought this was a legit site only to find they are cons stealing from people. The item I bought was from a seller SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS, anyone can clearly see that the images are mismatched from the name. I get a call from customer service who was indeed not polite at all and could not even give me a chance to talk telling me there is nothing they can do. The return policy clearly states you can return an item if the wrong item was Jumia Kenya lacks integrity and they are fraudsters!! This has to be the worst online shop I have come along
