I received the wrong size
received the wrong size. Over 20 days later, the return has still not been processed.
Customer service threatened me and gave false promises, including a voucher that was never issued. The delivery person contacted me before the official Consumer Protection Authority decision and had no knowledge of the shipment, proving mismanagement and deliberate delay.
I demand the official return to be executed within 48 hours, or I will escalate legally due to withheld property, threats, and unprofessional conduct.
This clearly shows the extreme unprofessionalism of Jumia’s customer service and management, their total disregard for customers’ rights and satisfaction, and their threatening attitude—telling me to ‘just wait’ and implying that even if I waited a year, they would do whatever they want. It is unacceptable and demonstrates deliberate neglect and intimidation of customers.
Jumia Egypt is unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy.
I do NOT recommend Jumia for any purchases. Their customer service is abusive, management is indifferent, and their threatening behavior shows they have no respect for customers at all. Anyone considering buying from them should think twice—this experience proves they cannot be trusted.
