We are so thrilled with our North trampoline. It has so much bounce and sits really nicely in the ground. My children are so happy with the quality. This had to be suitable for GCSE PE trampolining and it really is. Thank you for your hard work.
Excellent service. The guys arrived on time were so quick, neat and efficient and polite. A pleasure to have working in the garden. The trampoline is a huge hit with our kids and the trampoline itself is fantastic!

I have been able to purchase replacement jump mat, enclosure, springs, the cover for the springs and enclosure pole sleeves to make new my kids trampoline, which is very very well loved. They’ve had it since may 2022. Although this has been costly, I love the design of the legend, rather than spending days trying to thread rope around the base of the enclosure, this zips straight onto the matting. So valuing my time, replacing these parts was much easier. I’ve called to ensure the parts ordering was the correct parts and staff have been very helpful. Great product, great design, great staff! Thank you!

I purchased the trampoline for my grand daughter. I'm not sure if the supplier is one of the same company this review is about, could it be Capital Play or is it North Trampoline? The item is very good quality, far better than the products sold by general play equipment stores. This was an end of line item which was being sold at a seriously reduced price. Most definitely worth the money I paid. Had I paid the normal retail price of a product which is a different colour, I'm not too sure full price is value for money. I have been told spares will be available for the item I bought for many years to come, (if required), but already the company web site has changed re stock and I cant find a couple of accessories I knew were produced to fit it. Time will tell if I was told good or bad by the seller re parts. I tried to make contact about delivery to try and help the crew, at the time of writing this requested review I have never had a reply to my e mail(s). Thankfully the item was delivered, albeit 1.5hrs after the time given, hence a good reason to justify trying to help the courier find my house. Upon opening the packaging slip attached to one of the damaged boxes it mentions about receiving damaged boxes etc. As it was a Bank Holiday weekend, no one was available for contact. I did send an e mail to cover my back. Thankfully all parts were present and there were no damaged items. My grand daughter is loving the item, it is in a different league to the one she has had. Full 5 stars for the item, the supplier looses a star. In future years, who does the buyer contact for any accessory or part for the need of line item and just what accessories are available?

A single part was missing (one foam padding cushion) in the shipment. Fair enough, you think, it should be easy to get reshipped. But at North you have to send at least 10 emails back and forth before you are told to fill in a form that doesn't work. They market themselves as premium, but deliver anything but a premium trade. Buy the trampoline elsewhere

Great service, delivery as scheduled. Trampoline assembly surprisingly straightforward, managed to do it by myself in 90min. Daughter very pleased 😀

Really impressed with North Trampoline from start to finish. The advice on sizing was spot on and the installation was smooth and hassle-free.
Sam and his team were friendly, professional, and took real care, even clearing up leaves and relaying the grass they’d moved. The trampoline is super high, we are all getting loads of use out of it - even through the winter!
Highly recommend.

Parts missing, making it unsafe.
The leg has a missing nipple so it can’t be constructed properly, it was meant to be a surprise for the kids summer holiday.
Contacted North 5 days ago and am constantly getting “We’re dealing with a lot of claims at the moment” emails, I’m being palmed off.
For £700+ and all the awards on their website I’d expect an immediate resolution based on the missing part, which could have been sent by now.
If I can I’ll be returning the trampoline, I bet this won’t be an easy process.

Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting After Weeks
I’m honestly shocked by the level of service I’ve received. I ordered a trampoline for £1,200 that was supposed to arrive in 2–3 working days — it’s now been weeks and I’m still waiting, with no clear delivery date.
I have called and emailed multiple times and have been repeatedly told it would be dispatched “today” or “ASAP”, but then nothing happens — and no one calls back, despite promising to. I was told again today that everything is now in stock and ready to ship, but I’ve heard that before and still have no tracking details or confirmation.
It’s incredibly frustrating when you read positive reviews and expect premium service — I genuinely believe I would have received better service from other brands like Berg Trampolines.
I’ve raised a formal complaint and even that has been ignored so far. I’ve had no real communication, no apology, and no compensation offered for the delays and stress.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering. If you value clear communication, reliable delivery, and customer service, I’d look elsewhere.

After researching high-quality, well-designed trampolines, I came across North Trampoline — it initially felt like the right choice.
I was wrong.
I ordered it as a birthday present for my daughter. While it arrived on time, several key parts were missing, and components like the sleeves and slotted joints were poorly manufactured. It couldn’t be assembled or gifted on the day, which was incredibly disappointing.
Customer service was woefully slow — it took weeks to receive replacement parts, along with a small gesture of goodwill that didn’t reflect the inconvenience.
It’s a shame, because there are signs of good craftsmanship. But the lack of quality control and poor customer service suggest otherwise.
North Trampoline is far from premium and should seriously reconsider its pricing.

Update: Amy from customers service has contacted us following this review and she was wonderful in sorting all of our problems, including sending us new poles and then booking in an engineer who put a membrane over the hole in the ground, changed the pole and finally changed the legs to short ones as per our original order. Thank you Amy, we really do appreciate the service you have provided! It is a shame that it took so long to get it all sorted, but kids are delighted that the trampoline has been fixed.
Original: We’ve spent more than £1,000 on the trampoline and then about the same on its assembly, only to learn that we have received a wrong, much cheaper product. The trampoline didn’t last even 6 months, got utterly damaged in a light storm and apparently not only damages are not covered by warranty, spare parts are not available and won’t be available for month, at which point we are expected to spend loads again on reassembly. The company simply does not care. Nothing about this product was premium. Particularly the service. Very disappointing.
The trampoline arrived and was easy to construct. However, one of the welds (holding up the safety net) snapped within a few days (thankfully not resulting in injury). However, since alerting them to this over 2 1/2 weeks ago and sending them photos and information about the issue via e mail, I still am yet to get any resolution or replacement parts. Really poor service for what I thought would be a high quality product. Also raises concerns regarding the manufactuing given a weld failure within weeks of it arriving.

I bought our trampoline a year ago and the service and fitting instructions were terrible.
In the year we’ve had it, the bounce bed has torn and three of the spring attachments have come off.

Get what you pay for here. This is our 3rd trampoline, 2 previous REBO halo and halo II 12fters. After a spate of broken springs inflicting some nasty leg cuts to my daughter I decided to commit to a higher quality tramp. North trampolines are in a different league! Noticeably stronger better quality materials, excellent instructions and super easy assembly, springs really do go on by hand like in the photos on the website, and the safety features such as the spring protection netting between the jump pad and the padding is an excellent feature. Expensive? Yes, very, however feel like I’ve paid a good price for an excellent well designed and built item.

Customer service is great, and the quality of the trampoline is excellent.

Amazing customer service. The delivery company messed up my delivery and did not deliver a box of springs. The company came on a Sunday to deliver a separate box of springs to me personally so the trampoline would be ready for my sons birthday party. It is rare that companies these days will go above and beyond for their customers like north trampolines did for me- so thank you!
