After using JumpStory for more than one year, it has proven to be an excellent resource for high-quality images for use in presentations and event flyers. A great variety of subject matter and useful tools to adjust images, including adding text. Thanks, JumpStory!

I recently registered for a 7 day free trial of Jump Story right before the holidays. On their materials it promoted a monthly fee of $25 and notification that you could cancel at any time. I did not find the site search to be useful and the images weren’t particularly good so I planned to cancel but since I had downloaded 2-3 photos, I decided to fairly pay for the first month. I was charged $300 - total for the year on day 8. They are telling me now that they will not do a prorated refund for $275. This is not ethical or good and certainly not a way to run a business. With so much competition out there, please do not use this service!

I needed help finding an appropriate image. I couldn't find it in the JumpStory database and opted for the personal assistent. Within 24 I received 3 perfect images.

Good Photos and quality, with fairly decent collection

The Jumpstory team offered to help us locate a particular image as a professional courtesy. Not only did they find a great image, but they did so in less than 24 hours. Extraordinary service here. Highly recommended.

Impossible to browse photos without providing credit card info. When cancelling, you're forced to complete a bunch of pointless questions.

The available images library is somewhere between Envato and Shutterstock. Just shop elsewhere.

My subscription to JumpStory began with a positive experience from one of the support teams who wholeheartedly helped me with my issue.

It has been a couple of days since I purchased my subscription. I have had a chance to surf the website and look at some images. The images are different from the usual stock photos; they are authentic and have a more natural look and feel. The images are not oversaturated; they have natural colors. However, if you need them to be more vibrant or saturated, they can be edited with a few clicks in an image editing application.

The background remover saves a lot of time and does a great job. I was surprised by the result because some photos had complex backgrounds. There are other features that I haven’t tried yet.

I've found Jumpstory pictures very useful for a variety of projects. Definitely worth the expense!

They make you add card payment details when signing up for for a 'free trial', while making a big deal of saying they'll notify you by email before trial is over. Problem is, the email (if you get one) goes into your spam folder so you forget to cancel. They then take the payment anyway. If you try and cancel the account, you'll find it's impossible to do. I'm waiting to hear back from their support team about getting a refund and closing my account. As others have said, the images can be found on other platforms so not worth signing up for anyway. Stay away!!

Amazing customer service! Needed help with a refund and switching from yearly to monthly, I never expected to get such speedy, helpful assistance. I asked, they delivered. Feel like that never happens. Very pleased

Great selection of content, and useful editing features thrown in. My favourite content site by far.

I like JumpStory :). It is easy to search for images and e.a. their background removing tool is great.

The pictures are better, with a more real feeling to them, than in any other stock photo agency I have worked with.
I still wish for a bigger assortment. Coming from a small country it's still not easy to find the pictures that fit into our context. But I am convinced that Jumpstory will solve this in time.

I really enjoyed using Jump Story, I didn't use it extensively and I only needed it a few times. But I'll be back for more. It is a nice unconvoluted system,not super expensive. Thanks 😊.

The selection is nice and easy to use. It works perfect for me. Highly recommended.
