Quality materials, simple and clear instructions, and relatively easy to build. The kids love it and have been playing on it for over a year now. It is by far the sturdiest wooden outdoor playground I've seen anywhere.

Happy with the product and service. Only issue is the high cost of postage for accessories. I was charged almost 3 times the cost of the product for shipping 2 carabiners to ireland, even though the items were posted from Ireland.

My daughter is so happy with her jungle gym! We were able to customize it to her needs as we’ve struggled to find something suitable elsewhere. Delivery was fast, the quality is good, customer service was helpful. Thanks so much guys :)

Ordered what I thought was a Jungle Gym with a swing .... On the order from it said Jungle Gym with a swing....arrived after 30 working weekdays....no swing ... just monkey bar.... Queried this with the company as I have small grandchildren and they will be unable to use that item and need a swing... very unhelpful...said it was as ordered even though it has a picture on the box with a swing....requested they sent the missing item and I would return the monkey bar...said I could buy the swing but they would not replace ... very unhelpful .....warning make sure you check what you order as it might not be what you receive

Excellent! It was delivered very fast and the team were in touch to ensure we were there to receive. We hired someone to assemble and it took him a couple of hours. My son loves it so much!

It's excellent how you can design it yourself online to suit your own needs. So simple to do. I selected to have the assembly service. I had to wait a further 10 days after delivery to get someone to come out to do it. This is the only reason I deducted a star. The assembly men were excellent and also used concrete anchors to make the slide secure (€20 extra per anchor but worth it) I highly recommend Jungle Gym

I used the Jungle Gym configurator to design a playset for my two daughters, and it was such a fun process. The quality is fantastic: it’s sturdy, safe, and perfect for outdoor play.
The delivery guy was also super friendly and went above and beyond to help me get everything to the backyard, which made a big difference. I also opted for the assembly service, which seemed a little pricey, but I’m so glad I did! Someone came over a few days after delivery and was very well prepared. He actually suggested putting it in a different spot in the garden for better safety.
Overall, I’m really happy with how it all turned out. It’s been a huge hit with the kids, and I’d definitely recommend it to other parents!

I recently purchased a Jungle Gym playset for my son, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team at Jungle Gym were incredibly helpful from start to finish, and adviising me on how to best make use of a smaller space.

When the set arrived I was impressed with how well everything was packaged. The delivery guys only dropped the pallet in our front yard, but I managed to unpack and carry it to the backyard in a few trips.
My boy is absolutely over the moon and he has been spending hours on it every day.

Overall, I’m really impressed with both the product and the customer service. Highly recommended.

The design tool and ability to customise is amazing. Really great to be able to visualise your design.

It took almost 6 weeks to arrive, so much longer than originally anticipated and longer than their top-end expectations.

Unfortunately what turns up doesn't live up to expectations. Some of the wood was pretty poor quality, very rough with splits, cracks and dents from transit. When raised with customer service, it went ignored and no resolution was found.

It is up now (plan to spend double the suggested time to get it all right) and with about 6 hours of sanding down it is now fit for the kids to play on.

Our grandkids love their new Jungle Gym playset – it’s the perfect way to keep them entertained when they visit. The setup was a breeze, and the quality of the materials is quite good. It’s the perfect addition to our backyard, and the kids enjoy it every time they come over.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The possibility to design something that fits garden space perfectly was very fun. The kids love playing on it, and even our dog loves going down the slide. It was delivered after 9 days which feels a bit long, but it fell within the promised 10 days, so I can't really complain. The build instructions were suprisingly easy to follow, especially after reading some reviews about how challenging it can be. Everything feels rock solid - totally worth it!

We purchased the jungle gym in February, and overall, it’s been a fantastic addition to our backyard. The quality is top-notch, and my kids have been having a blast on it! The assembly was a bit tricky and took some time, but honestly, I found it to be a fun challenge. The instructions were mostly clear, and once it was all set up, it was totally worth the effort.

The jungle gym is sturdy, well-built, and provides endless entertainment. It's been holding up well since February, and we’re still really happy with it. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a durable, fun playset for the kids!

The wood is good quality and once built, the structure is fun for the kids. But assembly of the jungle gym is not easy at all. The fact it doesn’t come with pre-drilled holes or even the fabric cut to size, is poor for the cost of the product. We’d have expected more preparation to have gone into the product before being delivered. It feels as though it’s a way for you to pay their build fee instead of tackling it for yourself. The manual was more generic for all structures as opposed to the individual one we ordered, which made it more complicated. For the price, I’d have expected a lot more from the company than just the basic parts.

The ability to customize the whole thing is excellent. Had an issue with config not adding to basket and customer service was very prompt to fix. Delivery was quick from a local provider. It takes some time and effort to construct as it's not an IKEA style flat pack kit but it feels much better quality as a result. Instructions take a while to get used to and it took quite a bit longer than it said but overall very enjoyable to build and most of all the kids love it.

This jungle gym offers excellent quality for the price. It's sturdy, well-designed, and feature-rich, without exceeding our budget. Good value for the cost.

The order arrived quickly, exactly as described. Installation manual downloadable. No issues whatsoever.

Not a great experience at all. Have been waiting weeks and still no sign of the slide. Have sent emails asking for an update and just get an automatic response with ticket number.
Supposedly the support team will review it shortly. Still no response...
If I had known this originally I never would have placed an order.

We purchased a build your own park in March of this year, which was delivered in April 2024. The wrong colour slide was delivered and Jungle Gym admitted fault and initially said they would replace it. They then ignored me for several months, until they finally responded in September. They then said they would not replace the slide because it was now "used"!!

Since then I have had numerous emails with them explaining that it is only "used" because they ignored my emails, took no action after a phone call (in which they promised to sort it out) and ultimately did not come and collect or replace it for several months and that I'm not at fault for their inaction. In particular, their customer service team has been rude, inconsistent and outright incorrect in his correspondence.

In short, Jungle Gym delivered and installed the park and slide, whilst saying they would replace it when the other ones were back in stock. Since then they have changed their distribution out of the UK and have finally offered for me to pay them nearly £100 to buy a new slide...!

As a UK customer in particular, I would not go anywhere near them as they're totally unreliable and it's impossible to resolve the issue. I'm now having to take legal action.....over a slide....which is ridiculous.

Resort 2 swing is still standing after Storm Ashley with 4 x 25kgs sand bags anchored at the base 😊

Wood was not great quality, nor straight and took a lot more work than necessary to assemble given the price point. Manual was not correct for supplied parts on the tower and no manual was supplied for the swing and climbing parts. Quality on supplied bores and bits was also pretty low, as expected. Took me four shifts (total of probably twelve hours) to finish alone, concrete work included. Probably spent another five hours trying to find missing parts that weren’t missing in the first place, just wrong manual supplied.
