By returning to the same areas year after year, we can carefully monitor our impact on the ecosystem and adjust our harvesting accordingly. I dislike the over $7 in a special CA…
I dislike the over $7 in a special CA tax that I see no where else on top of already high prices for a product I didn't think warranted that. There are very good quality naturally derived and harvested essential oils for less. I think it's over marketed and priced for what it is. Incense was not good at all.

Juniper Ridge sets the gold standard for customer service
When I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, I sent an inquiry to Juniper Ridge's customer service. My email was quickly replied to by Sloane, their customer service representative. After reviewing my order, Sloane let me know that a replacement order had been placed to be certain that my gift was on its way. After the initial response, Sloane continued to update me on the status of the order on a frequent basis. This level of customer service has somewhat disappeared in today's marketing world and was a refreshing change. Juniper Ridge not only has wonderful environmentally friendly products, it also sets the gold standard for customer service. Thank you Juniper Ridge, and Sloane in particular, for a delightful shopping experience.
