The team at Junk Collectors impressed us once more on our second experience with them. We sent over a few pictures to get an estimate, and they provided excellent guidance and arrived the following day. All the waste was removed, leaving everything spotless. It's cheaper and far more convenient than renting a skip. I can't recommend them enough!

This is my second time using Joe Junk and on both occasions they have been very professional, courteous and friendly. They arrange a time and and are always there on time. This time the drivers were Sisco and Peter, they moved a large sofa and made the job look easy. Two lovely guys who are a credit to their company. Would 100% recommend Joe Junk.

Hi contacted Joe Junks to get mirror wardrobe doors took away and with 25 mins the guys came and uplifted them. The service from start to finish was excellent. Price excellent also for the service I received. Would highly recommend this company as in my opinion you won't be disappointed

Called Jo Junk in the morning and the two Alan s were out before 11.30am .
Five star service. Worked so hard. polite efficient and nothing was a bother to them. They had a task on their hands clearing my mother in laws house. All removed in about three and a half hours. Cleaned up after the job. I wish to acknowledge those two hard working guys well. Highly recommended . Thank you so much and you are both such a credit to yourselves and the company.

Junk Collectors were absolutely terrific. I needed to get several pieces of broken furniture out of my Mum's house. I live in the US and needed to get it organized over email and then needed the pickup in a very specific time when I planned to be there. The price was quite reasonable and they were so professional in every contact I had with them. They were on time, and had everything loaded within minutes. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Although the service overall was fine as regards cost, helpfulness of the collection staff and office staff etc., unfortunately the collectors failed to arrive during their booked time-slot, and I had to phone the office a couple of times to find out what was going on and when they would arrive, and was told that there had been an administrative cock-up (which fortunately did not really matter as I had planned to be at home all day anyway). Had it not been for this slip-up, then I would have given a 5-Star rating.

Junk Collectors cleared a load of pallets for us. Smart van, well organised, super helpful chaps. 5 stars

This was so easy. The booking process is simple and we were able to book for later that week. They turned up on time and cleared our garage quickly. We would definitely use them again!

Fantastic service from Junk Collectors as usual (it's the 2nd time we've used them). We emailed a couple of photos to help them quote, they gave great advice and came the next day. Rubbish all gone and the areas left clean and tidy. Much less than a skip and a lot less hassle. Highly recommended!
