Customer Service phone number does not allow you to reach a person or leave a message. The "live chat" option on the website does not function - it tells you the business no longer uses it. If you want to hear back from someone you'll need to send one email a week for at least three weeks and then pray on it.
I have bought parts from this company in the past and the experience was fine.
This time I sent in a Jura XS90 for repair / refurbishment; I have confirmation from FedEx that the machine arrived there on December 5, 2025, and as of March 21, 2026, despite multiple inquiries using their ticketing system I have no update nor visibility as to what is going on. Calling their number does not help as it is impossible to get a live person. It is like my expensive coffee machine went into a black hole - I have never seen worse customer service in my life.
I will amend this review if the experience changes but as of now I would recommend that any potential customers stay far away from this company.
Received the wrong parts. Tried to email the seller several times, file several support tickets, and tried calling several times. No response.
Our family has used Jura-Parts.com for over 12 years at times the four espresso machines, that we all have. Every few years the Jura Machines require maintenance and Jura-Parts has been our reliable go to for speedy maintenance when the machines stop working. They’ve always come back right away as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Our most recent repair was difficult because the parts necessary for the repair were no longer being made. Jura-Parts found a solution, using spare machines they had on hand and really raised the bar for great service. I highly recommend this company.
