Order came next day for spare tubes for milk frother.

Order came much more quickly than I expected, and I haven't had time to fit the water tank yet - partly because I need some different Claris filters, but I have no reason to think that it will fail to come up to the standard of what is an excellent coffee maker!

The replacement tubing (old one had inexplicably disappeared, possibly into the rubbish by mistake) arrived quickly and efficiently, and we are able to froth the milk again. Phew.

Fast delivery. A bit of confusion when I called Jura, transferred to different people who said they couldn't help. I was asked to call back as the last guy I spoke to said it wasn't him I needed to speak to but didn't know how to transfer my call on his phone. But fast delivery which was good.

I've searched for one part for ages, ordered it, received, all good. But I needed more stuff - milk jug with all the tubes, etc. So, either they don't stock evefything or it's impossible to find it. Have sold Jura Z5 Generation II on auction site at the end.

Jura perform a fixed-price service that is very-well organised and efficient. They deliver a bespoke travel case to your door, and collect it from your door when you tell them that you have packed your machine in it.

A week later they send your repaired machine back to you in a well protected disposable box.

What more could you want :-)

Returned my Jura Micro One after 11 months of use for repair as the grinder failed to operate. Despite having followed all maintenance procedures and operation instructions ( Blue filters, descaling and weekly cleaning cycles) I was informed the machine would not be repaired under warranty as it was subject to "water damage". The Jura representative suggested that he would normally reject 3 to 4 warranty claims a week on the same issue and that most people simply accepted the £179 repair charge for the grinder. I was very disappointed with the way Jura handled what I would regard as either a design fault or a simple warranty claim. I have now gone back to Nesspresso Magimix as my last machine lasted 10 years with little of the expense involved in maintaining a Jura machine. I will certainly not be purchasing another Jura machine, despite their perceived reputation as a high quality brand
