Can’t comment on quality of blinds or…

Can’t comment on quality of blinds or installation as we didn’t get that far, I booked in a visit to measure our bedroom window, absolutely zero personality, felt like I was honestly an inconvenience, he measured, asked me what type of blinds I wanted, told him roller, went to his car and brought be back one (one!!) small roll of swatches, thought you had different quality’s dependent on price ranges?
So our price was £350 with £50 knocked off, may I add it’s not a big window!
When I emailed him back, saying it’s a little out our price range, they asked if they should reduce it a little? 🤣
How about you actually have a conversation with me at the appointment and actually ask me what I was looking for, and the sort of budget?!

This company is dreadful to deal with. Ordered blinds in April 2025 and still trying to obtain a blind that fits .
The customer service is appalling and they do not listen - if they agree they then go back on their word. Do not trust this company

Appalling Service, competence and product.

I wrote a review on 10/06/25 ref. Day & Night blinds based on our initial installation experience. I gave them 2 stars after a terrible install experience, One blind was the wrong colour, one blind wouldn't fit the window opening, and none of the motors could be set up to work properly. 2 of the motor operated blinds had to be remade. 3 weeks later fitter arrived to fit the remade blinds, both arrived without motors so these had to be returned, no attempt made to rectify motor issues on the other blinds. Another 4 weeks later fitter arrived with the 2 remade blinds, this time the correct colour and with motors. However the fitter could not set up any of the 4 motors to work properly. 2 of the blinds I had to press up to go down and reverse, no one-touch operation having to keep a finger on the button all the time. Then an hour after he left 3 of the blinds packed up all together. Nothing to do with charging. When attaching the charging cable you need fingers like a baby, the ports are so inaccessible. So, only this week on the fourth visit and 2 months do we have the blinds working properly. Last point, 2 of the blinds have been fitted so that I cannot access the charging point, so I have to remove one from its fittings to charge the other, I mentioned this to the fitter but nothing could be done. If I could give less then 1 star I would, I definitely would not recommend this company, and we certainly will not use them again.

Ordered 6 blinds,5 came, 1 badly bent, On the 4th attempt to supply i lost the will to live. Complete joke of a company. If you love been messed around and losing your hair with them, then this is the company for you. Don't even make their own headrails !!,, sub company do!. Good luck JusBlinds..you're the worst online experience I've EVER witnessed ,

Great service from start to finish

From arranging for the blinds to be measured and then the blinds being fitted Just Blinds have been a great company to deal with. The communication has been very good and Alan who fitted the blinds was very helpful, efficient and friendly, thank you the blinds look great!

Very quick to get a deposit off you, not so quick to sort out installation. Been sat on my £200 deposit for a month now and not responding to texts or phone calls. Rubbish communication and no customer care. Don't bother

Day and Night Blinds

In regard to Day and Night Blinds, we ordered 6. First of all the sales rep, ordering process and quality of the blind materials are very good. However for us problems started at installation. The installer was great, he really tried his best. Firstly one of the blinds was too big for the window opening, so obviously this couldn't be fitted. Secondly, the largest of the blinds was the wrong colour and as it was in line with 2 others, so the wrong colour stood out like a sore thumb. These 2 new blinds need to be re-made. The 3 in-line blinds were motor driven (Cruze Motors). Setting them up was a nightmare for the installer, he must have spent well over an hour trying get them all to move/synchronize together, with various phone calls to Just Blinds and motor manufacturer, and he left without getting them to work properly. They gave us one charger for 4 blinds, so let’s hope the batteries don’t run out at the same time. Also the remote controls are cheap and nasty, they look like something from a kids toy. We are certainly not impressed so far. We will update this review when the replacement blinds have been fitted, and the motor operation sorted.

I understood from the info that they usually take 7 -10 days from order date, but I wasn't In a rush for them so that was fine. After a few days I was notified of my order status to in production. Then within the 10 working day delivery time. I was notified they had been dispatched to their courier. I recieved my slats the very next day. The blinds look great , & were easy to hang on my existing rail. Love the colour & very well made too. Would definitely recommend 😊

Disappointed and completely Dissatisfied

What has gone wrong with this company!
I have used them before approx 2 years ago when they fitted every window at the front of my property. I was completely satisfied with the service from the initial meet with Dean to the fitting again with Dean. I have recommended them to a family member and again with no problems from start to finish. I have since found out that Dean no longer works for this company surely this can't be the reason for a company to take such a nose dive. It was time to replace blinds for a different colour. Contacted this company again to choose more blinds . After the initial appointment I was promised a quote and samples.. After not hearing anything for at least three weeks I got back in touch. Spoke to Rebecca and was promised they would forward the information. I did receive a quote but not for everything which I again followed up with no result. To date I have never received my samples. Very disappointed. Clearly this company does not need the business. Sadly a complete waste of time.

I found it easy and quick from enquiry…

I found it easy and quick from enquiry to quote to fitting.
I was misinformed by the measure up guys about the amount of deposit that was required. This was quickly resolved over email and phone.
Alan and Shane came today to do the fitting. They were very friendly and got straight to work, they managed to do 9 windows in 2 hours without any problems. However I did have to clean up the wall dust off the windowsills and floor after they left, get rid of all the cardboard (which had now filled my blue bin) and clear up bits of screws and offcuts left about.(Little things you expect to be part of the job)
All in all I am happy with all the blinds, they all work as they should and the fits are perfect, they make a huge difference to each room
