Dreadful experience

Delays 90% of the times or no delivery
Made a request, after 1 hour delay still stating 'waiting' called, they Will give the money back in 72 hours. My issue:happened múltiple times, this time i waited for 1 hour and 30min before calling them (paid number) and they don't give you that money back. Not a single extra Credit, cupon, whatever to compensate you.

Lazy and bad customer support
They allow restaurants to send orders that are incorrect and if you contact they’re customer service they don’t help in any way, even when you send proof that it was wrong. Please reconsider who you hire to provide customer support, Angel R would not even reply to the messages.

Totally unacceptable practises..
Tonight i ordered a meal from just eat.es. When i placed the order it was immediately declined by the resteraunt 'Door to India' in son calieu, Mallorca. The order was never accepted or comfirmed by the resteraunt. They declined it immediately... But have still deducted the funds from my account, for a service they knew they wouldn't be providing... And now say i will have to wait a number of days for a refund?!! To me that's more a case of fraud or deception on their part... I'm honestly enraged at this policy!!! Just wondering if you could please provide me with details of just how much money 'just eat' generate each year from this fraud. Just the interest alone over a year of holding onto customers funds unfairly i would imagine are millions of dollars a year. This is a blatant deception and as a customer of over ten years i will never give business to such a greedy, profit driven, uncaring and dishonest company again. What a disgusting way to run a business. You should genuinely feel ashamed. David Black. Ret Ministry of Justice.
