Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, kept waiting on chat for over half an hour only to be cut off, went back on and the same person Daniel ad would not even reply to me.
Avoid at all costs my problem not resolved I have cancelled my account.

Worst customer service ever

The customer service is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We tried to place an order and pay this with our visa card. The payment got denied THREE times with this card. We gave up and tried to place the order and pay with Paypal. Immediatly we got a confirmation of this order.

20 minutes later it appears that ONE of the three attempts of the order with visa went through. We did not get any notification about this, but the second order did arrive at our hotel.

2 orders are too many for just 2 people and since we are staying in a hotel, we have no space to store the food, hence we had to throw the food away…

Customer service tells us we placed two different orders and does not want to help us. For better service we have to ‘look better while placing an order’. Like it’s our fault they deny our visa card THREE times and later on decide to accept just ONE of those attempts TWENTY minutes later without any notifications.

We’ve contacted customer service multiple times and gave our explanation of the situation. Seeing their response tells us they did not read our e-mails thoroughly. Wich makes it even more frustrating, because not only are they not trying to help us find a solution, they don’t even take the time to read our e-mails.

We will never use this app again and will continue to tell our friends to not use this app. Very disappointed to see how they handle customer dissatisfaction.

My food has not been delivered

My food has not been delivered and the customer service did not want to look for a solution for me. They claim that it has been delivered meanwhile I didn’t receive anything. Very unfriendly. Bad service

We ordered a pizza combo through Just…

We ordered a pizza combo through Just Eat and when it arrived there were items missing - a starter and a 1L cool drink was missing! It took longer for us to contact Just Eat customer service and explain the situation than it took to order the pizza, make it and have it delivered and still without a resolution! I would prefer to be eating my entire dinner than providing entertainment for your customer service team! Quite frankly I believe that the customer service from this business is absolutely shocking and from the way I see it is that the restaurants don’t give a damn if their orders are wrong because Just Eat customer service has no clue how to manage their call center or how to treat their customers so they will just get away with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shutdown soon. We won’t order from you again that’s for sure.

Useless customer service

I’m very upset with the customer service. I ordered from the website and my address was correct in the settings but when I confirmed and paid for my order, the address was completely wrong. I contact customer service and the person (I will not name them because I don’t want to cause them trouble), was not friendly at all and they couldn’t help me with anything. No contacting the delivery person, no change of address and no cancellation. Why is there customer service then? I use glovo and uber eats all the time and they are extremely helpful and professional.

Burnt pizza after 1h30m / Pizza quemada después de 1h30m de espera

La pizza de Piazzere tardó 90 mins en llegar (media hora tarde) y estaba quemada. Justeat se lavaron las manos del asunto y el restaurante pasó olímpicamente. Vergonzoso.
Ordered a pizza from Piazzere. Had to wait 90 mins (after complaining). Pizza eventually arrived but was burnt. Justeat washed their hands of the matter and told us to call rhe restaurant, who were even less helpful. Shameful service by both and they robbed us of 23 euros.

Honestly never had such bad customer…

Honestly never had such bad customer service. Trying to get an answer about what is going on is impossible. Order marked as delivered but definitely nothing delivered. The customer service gives absolutely no support or reassurances. I don't know where they pick them but each agent has less understanding than the last. Terrible, avoid for your own sake

Es una empresa basura.it’s a trash…

Es una empresa basura.it’s a trash company and the people that work there are horrible and do nothing to help the client. I have had several issues with restaurant not delivery and taking money. Etc. and just has done absolutely nothing. Yesterday I order food nd it was never delivered, AGAIN. NEVER using just eat again. Uber eats and other options are safer and better customer experience

Scammers, don’t order they won’t deliver the food and won’t refund your money as well

They accepted the order at12:55 am and the restaurant closing time is 1am. They just charged me and never delivered. No attempt was made to contact me via call or app notification nothing and when I called them to check on my order then they are saying they tried delivering it. I don’t how and whom when you don’t call or message or app notification. Now they won’t give me food neither my money back. Such a pathetic service and a scam application. Guys please use some reliable app like UberEat where they don’t scam you.

After waiting 1 hour for my order

After waiting 1 hour for my order, the status in the application changed to "Delivered". No food was delivered, i had to call customer service and spend 15 minutes over the phone for them to approve finally a refund.
