Deceptive and full of lies and hidden fees
I would give negative stars if I could. This was deceptive the whole way through! I purchased a ticket, then someone calls me to tell me it was only a standby ticket with not even a personal item or carry on allowance. Then they wanted to charge me $60 to "upgrade" it to an actual ticket. Then he changed it to $70 for an actual ticket. I'm still not allowed any luggage or even a personal item at this point.
When I booked the ticket, the website said that there was 24 hour cancellation. Turns out, if you want to cancel, they either lock up your money by only issuing an e-credit with one specific airline, and it takes 7-14 business days to process. Or you can get a cash refund, where they charge you about 50% of what you spent as a cancellation fee, which will also take 7-14 business days to process.
I'm being transparent with you all because this awful company IS NOT! I will never ever ever ever buy from this website, and I will be sure to warn everyone I know to avoid being scammed by them!

The round-trip ticket price advertised on the website turned out to be misleading and felt like a total scam. When I contacted customer service for clarification, the agent was unprofessional and repeatedly pressured me to accept a significantly higher price instead of resolving the issue. This was frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend using this service.
