I’d give it 0 stars if possible PayPal took the money no jacket. If it’s too good to be true it’s not

I received a totally different and archaic jacket and has requested a full refund and a return label label, they offered to refund a fraction and keep the jacket, but I’m not interested in the product.

I ordered a leather jacket ket over 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet, nor any correspondence from the company. My next step is the BBB.

Despite the reviews on here claiming otherwise, I am not sure this company is real. My order was placed three weeks ago, with expedited shipping paid for, and they did not ship it by the 3rd week so I had to cancel the order because the event I needed the jacket for is in a couple days and even expedited shipping is 4-5 days. They did keep up on answering emails as well as providing measurement details on how to order, but no single jacket order costing $200 takes a month to ship out. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Took my custom requirements and followed them to the letter! My jacket looks like it was stolen off the paramount lot back in the 80's! Excellent customer service and quick responses when I had questions. You can't even argue the price either! All around 5 star experience and have already recommended to several others who have made purchases as well!

It's a 5 star review with a caveat. I ordered a couple of starship troopers replica jackets. They were exceptional and highly detailed. I didn't get an email notification indicating shipment for a couple of days after my order. I reached out and asked when the items would ship. I was told they would ship in 3 to 4 days. 4 days came and went and I got no email. So I emailed again and was ignored.

I read online about the company and saw that was common. I began to consider starting a claim with my credit card company but held off considering trust pilot shows the website is several years old and if they were total scammers, their credit card processor would have abandoned them long ago.

I was right to wait. They shipped the correct products in the correct sizes and sent an apology email for the delay. No, the costumer service isn't top notch. But, they are indeed a legit business and, at least the product I ordered, was exceptional for an incredible price.

This is a top shelf company period. Customer service took my specs and customized a garment for me in a color of choice. The quality is off the chains and delivery was less than 2 weeks. I will be a repeat customer for sure

I ordered a jacket from Hustlers movie. I am very disappointed. This is not the jacket I ordered. it's not the jacket from the Hustlers movie that Jennifer Lopez wore. It is not Juicy Couture brand as described nor does it have a crown on the back. I received a cheap, unbranded, foul-smelling jacket in the mail that definitely isn't worth $149.
I want my money back!

I ordered a jacket from this company and had a very disappointing experience. They didn't fulfill my order after 23 days of waiting. I had to contact customer service several times to get an answer. They replied to me once when I asked for a shipment update and I never heard from them again after I sent them a few more emails regarding the status of my order. Finally, in my last email, I told them that I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if they do not ship my item, they refunded my money a few hours later and claimed that there was a manufacturing issue. This was an important gift. I will never order from this online retailer again. Buyers Beware.

I ordered jacket which was good quality and stitching as well. The customer service is good. They responded fast.
Only one issue that the delivery was delayed the time given. They need to work on delivery time frame.

In the past few months , I have purchased 3 jackets from you. I have been pleased with the superior quality and timely manner I received the item. I have reviews of similar jackets offered on Amazon and one comment constant was the poor quality after receiving the item. I guess the old adage goes .You get what you pay for . After my first purchase with your company I knew was buying from a reputable company and not some Chinese Knockoff Which you can tell just from the photos. As an added bonus i took advantage of the sale discount and free shipping which made my decision to maximize my purchasing

I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I took the chance! I ordered the Apex Legends Wattson jacket. After placing my order, I received an email right away asking for my measurements. I got my measurements wrong and they emailed photos on the proper way to measure myself. I appreciate the constant communication! Once my measurements were recieved, my order was shipped out quickly and arrived much sooner then I expected. The jacket was perfect! I highly recommend them!
