A fast and efficient service. My request to speak to a technician was dealt with promptly, and the chap I spoke to was very helpful. I dropped a star because I couldn’t hear him very well, and as a result he had to repeat himself several times. Other than that, I was very pleased.

I paid £1 for a consult with a vet regardng my method on bandaging my pet birds leg to ensure it was safe as I wanted an expert opinion. Dont get me wrong, the advice was great and the vet i spoke to was very insightful - but i feel taken advantage of. It said a ' one time £1 payment' and checked my bank to see £26 taken. I only needed one consult and it said nowhere about subscribing when i paid the supposed £1. Cant pay my insurance now.
