Free delivery to me in Northern Ireland by DHL, within a few days of placing order online. Awesome price on their lithium 100ah marine battery. The make seems to be stocked by some UK motor part shops, so should be up to a good standard. At 12kg weight, so much easier to lift than same size lead acid/AGM battery. I usually use Tanya batteries, but they did not have same Lithium stock.

Bought a battery off these guys last year, great website good prices and battery showing in stock, so ordered it straight away as need it in a hurry. £275 came off my card quick enough, but it was nearly 4 weeks before my battery turned up, chasing these guys up about it was just impossible, when someone did answer the phone you were just fobbed off with the same BS all the time, sending emails turned out to be a waste of my time. Mine was a specialist battery so I suspect they did not have it in stock in the first place and had to order it in themselves before then dispatching to me - although I kept checking and it was always showing in stock, but all their batteries show as 'in stock'.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs, pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

As in common with many other purchasers, I was notified that the item had been shipped with tracking via Hermes, as with others, item is not delivered and no tracking information, also as with others, contacted the seller via EBay notifying them that the item had not been delivered and ask them for the tracking information, as what seems normal for this outfit, there was no response. A check of them on the internet shows that not only have they moved, but they are operating multiple scams under different names e.g "just car batteries" and others, people are reporting the same problems i.e none delivery, no communications etc. It seems they delivery the odd item so as to get a rating and to enable their listings in EBay etc. This company in all their different names SHOULD be banned from EBay and Paypal and taken to court for fraud.

Simply refunded my payment with no email or correspondence.

Ordered Saturday evening and delivered Tuesday midday. So excellent service and by far the best price anywhere. Read all the negative reviews but that is certainly not my experience. Will definitely use again in the future

Bought a battery on November 28th 2018, received email confirmation but since then NO contact. Emailed them no reply, called today (December 11th) but no answer (left ringing until cut off four times).
So logged on to Credit Cad company to start reclaim but then noted that they money had been re-credited to my card on December 1st (I usually wait until the statement arrives to check it). But no email to tell me they were doing it or why.
Totally NO service. DO NOT USE.

Much like other peoples experience Just Car Batteries are poor communicators and do not supply the purchased goods. My advice - pay a little bit more and buy from a reputable company.

Ordered a leisure battery and nearly two weeks on, no battery and no response. Thank god I paid through PayPal. Dispute opened. Avoid these cowboys.

Ordered battery and received confirmation then nothing.

Finally managed to speak to someone on one of the numbers on website who dithered around for ages then told me that it had been damaged in transit.

At least I did receive a full refund.

Would not recommend.

Ordered battery on 11th November. Hasn't been delivered and they haven't responded to my e-mail from nearly a week ago.
Have opened a dispute with PayPal.

I ordered a Bosh S5 battery from that company. The next day i became worried, seeing my order still in a pending state, and having received no shipping notification (although it was supposed to be next day). I got more worried seeing the terrible reviews online, and spoting that the website was not fully developed, with many links leading nowhere. I tried to call them many times, it rings, no one ever answers, i wrote to them, through the website and by email, no answers. They are just entirely ignoring you.
In the end i worried for nothing as the battery arrived 5 days later, it was new, well packaged, and is performing as expected. But it is clear that had anything gone wrong, getting any support or my money back would have been a nightmare. With a bit of service they would be hard to beat, but as things are they are better avoided. They just don't care and don't deserve your money. Some companies almost as cheap give a great service.

Took the money, confirmed ctek charger order and emailed shipment email waited 8 days never sent it, absolute waste of time, Thanks for Paypal I got a refund. Pity i did not check trustpilot prior order, I did notice that under the ebay username: uhf distribution ltd _ that is the same company they have good reviews, baffling that their direct website is awful

Ordered a battery and it did not arrive.

I tried calling and emails with no reply.

Paypal dispute resolved in my favour, only response to paypal was a tracking number from a month earlier from another disgruntled customer avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order was cheaper than anyone else and came quickly (ordered Friday came on Tuesday). It was well packaged and UKmail allows tracking. Note company doesn't respond to to emails and doesn't let you know that that item has been dispatched.

Placed order and received acknowledgment, waited 18 days and sent 2 emails before ringing. They advise dont do the battery ordered or replica and would refund. Why didnt this happen without chasing? Very poor.

Order accepted then, without explanation, cancelled and credited the next day. I have tried contacting on both telephone lines and also emailed. Zero response.
I dont need this aggravation, I will purchase elsewhere.

Ordered an expensive Pro Battery optimizer from this company because it was a very good price £176. Closest other price was £240. First order was cancelled with no explanation and i looked on the website and it had gone up to £196. So i phoned and eventually got through. Was told that the price had gone up from supplier and they couldn't sell at the £176 price. I said if i ordered again would i get one they said yes. ordered on 12/7/17. i phoned twice to check and it does take a few goes to get through. 1 lady promised to send straight away after checking they had stock. A week later i phoned again and a guy (didn't get his name) apologised and said they could see there had been a problem and said he would send immediately to get here next day.25/7/17. Here we are today and it has arrived this morning Very well wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Thanks justcarbatteries. If only they could sort out their processing of orders these guys would be far cheaper than mostly all the others. PS have seen it online for £218. I saved £22 and luckily wasn't in a rush. If it had been delivered first time it would have been 5 stars.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! No battery, no phone is ever answered. No emails replied to. Am pursuing refund via PayPal. Criminal behaviour and reporting to Trading Standards.

I went online to purchase two leisure batteries, which they stated where in stock, guaranteed 24hr delivery. 9 days later, a phone call and 3 emails, cancellation of the order,of which there is no sign of, they still have not refunded my money. No reply to any emails, even those sent via PayPal. Customer service is appalling! BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE
