I ordered from TFC elda
I ordered from TFC elda. There was no hint of any issues. I waited two hours. Nothing arrived. I called them they told me they don’t deliver to my area ?? They marked the delivery as delivered at 22:25 and proceeded to charge me. I contacted just eat. That was hard enough. I used chat and other methods it was late at night so I gave up. The restaurant didn’t answer after that. I had to go away for work and followed up with just eat when I got back to be told they had not address things within 48 hours and since then no one has helped. I paid 25 euros and have nothing to show for it. My contract is with just eat and they should have helped reclaim the money. They don’t look after their clients at all

Food spilled all over the floor
Food was delivered spilled all over the floor in front of our building, the driver even admitted it was his fault and we would get our money back, but customer service is refusing to pay a refund because their system apparently does not allow for it. Ridiculous.

Better than Deliveroo, but just
With Just eat I find the interface annoying and it's hard to find the things I want. For example, I want great vegetarian and vegan options (main dishes) with meat options (for friends).
What I don't like is that imagery used by restaurants is 'stock' photography not what the food looks like. Introducing UGC would help balance this especially when pizzas on Google are NAP but on Google Maps they're Sicilian, New York, Montanara etc and often mas frozen and reheated and dressed.
The customer service by others I didn't have the same experience but I wasn't complaining.
