There was a problem with the delivery of Thumbport 2 which I ordered from “Just Flutes.” It was probably lost in the post. However, “Just Flutes” very graciously sent me another which arrived without delay!!! My thanks. I highly recommend this company for their service.

I bought my Yamaha YAS-280 from just flutes in Croydon. It is a fantastic instrument and has served me very well. When I first got the instrument it came with a scratch on the bell. I contacted just flutes and they swapped it for a brand new one. Exceptional customer service!

I've ordered from Just Flutes a handful of times for music and various flute sundries, and recently visited them to test out a new flute (which I did buy from them). Customer service was personalised and utterly faultless (including putting up with me emailing repeatedly with updates when my train into London was severely delayed and it looked like I might not even make it to London!). They're focussed on getting the right instrument for you - not the most expensive you can afford, nor more flute than you need just because you can afford it, but what's ideal for your needs, your physiology, and your goals as a player. They even made some inquiries on my behalf about a model they didn't currently have in stock. Wonderful company and I know I'll be using them again in the future for both music and instruments.

Ordered a beginers recorder tutorial, The Tudor Way. The book is excellent, delivered in good time. All well. Would order from Just Flutes again. Nice experience.

Wonderful practice/try out room with double height and great acoustics. Previously took home a fabulous Mirumatsu.

This time settled on the Powell. Both are Conservatoire level flutes and the Powell has a different tone to my silver Mirumatsu so it is great to experience this differentiation: in the future, I will upgrade again to a professional flute, when my tone and key /set up needs are fully formed. However, for now, I am simply delighted with the Powell.

I have purchased two tin whistles from Just Flutes now. Unusual purchases in the key of A and E.

The A whistle (A Glenluce Wexford Alto A) was significantly cheaper through Just Flutes than anywhere else on line and arrived the following day. It's a heavy whistle and if you sweat at all it is a little difficult to hold - it tries to slide out of your hand - but I found a piece of tape on the back most useful. It sounds really good and is a joy to play.

The E whistle (an Alexander Karavaev Nightingale Alto E Aluminium Tuneable Whistle) was exactly what I wanted and I could only find 2 other E whistles on line: One made in Russia from ash that would have taken months to reach me and one on e bay that proved impossible to buy. On trying Just Flutes - they had one that was a lot better: exactly what I wanted and arrived at short notice in time for Christmas. It sounds incredible - with a low deep tone - not the high alto pitch I was expecting

Bands I play in keep introducing songs in the keys of A and E. The E I could play on a B whistle (which I have), but the E whistle can play in both. The A which I bought first also plays in D - which makes it a most useful whistle to have. I am delighted to have both in my collection

Excellent prompt service to locate two flute pieces, to efficiently answer a query and to promptly deliver. The people I spoke to on the phone were very personable and friendly.

I buy regularly from Just Flutes for clarinet and saxophone (reeds/music/accessories) and the orders are always delivered quickly and the products are a great price.
I also prefer to support the smaller suppliers rather than buying from the huge international companies, we need to have access to the personal service these great small businesses give us.
