From the start of our journey to the installation and commissioning of our new hot tub, Just Hot Tubs have been helpful, supportive and friendly. The service has been exceptional and we now have a brand new tub which the family can enjoy for years to come.

Technician arrived early. Completed the job with no fuss. Hot tub looks great again. Technician helped solve a menu issue. Very pleased.

Another great service, Ash was extremely helpful, reminding me of a query I had about programming the tub and worked out how to achieve what I was trying to do. He is efficient, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve just had our fourth service from this wonderful company and as always, everything was completed in a calm and professional, yet friendly manner. Our engineer Josh, was also here last week, to fix a problem with our hot tub and he is a true ambassador for Just Hot Tubs.
We are delighted to have a monthly service plan with this company and feel very supported, knowing they are always at the end of the phone.

After looking through our options for Hot Tubs in the South West, we settled with Just Hot Tubs. Sales weren't over pushy and the quality of product shows that they dont have to be pushy - as it just works!

Communication of delays and installation date / time all good and arrived in good time for both the Site Survey and Installation. They were able to make adjustments to their tub / lib setup to fit into our area with ease.

Brilliant as always

Arrived dead on time, installed with no problems, ran through everything we needed to know. Currently waiting for it to heat up enough to use. Can't wait.

Our annual Gold service was performed by Scott this year and he did a thorough job in cleaning the tub itself and the cover as well as cleaning the individual jets and pumps. He even managed to clear the fountain of pine needles which had looked unsightly which had appeared an impossible task.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
All in all a very good service and stress free experience!

Arrived on time fitted a new pump and checked it was working. Couldn't fix the waterfall issue but are going to report the problem as it is a factory issue.
The guys were very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend this company.

Found Just Hot Tubs on line. They were professional and straight forward to deal with. Marcus, the engineer who came to repair and service our hot tub did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

The gentleman arrived and showed him into the garden to hot tub he got on with cleaning the hot tub and refilled tub I was busy with my disabled sons had not even realised he had left job done
