The entire team are super efficient, organised, professional and kept us in the loop from the point of sale to the installation day. Faultless and very knowledgeable. Rare to find such high standards nowadays. Russ and Scott are both very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I had my new hot tub delivered in June 2021 and was perfectly happy with it. However, I noticed a very small crack in the shell which I reported to JHT at the beginning of this year. They were brilliant and after I had sent some photographs of the crack, immediately confirmed they would replace the hot tub for a like-for-like replacement.

They sorted everything out including the crane company and they have just finished installing the new hot tub. From the first installation, through contacting them regarding the crack issues all the way through keeping me informed of when the hot tub would be replaced, JHT have been exemplary not only the office staff but the installers too.

Great experience with just hot tubs. All my questions were answered. Kept in contact through the whole purchase. Had our first service by them last year too. All the staff are really pleasant and genuine. Glad we bought through them.

Excellent service from Just Hot Tubs this morning. 6 monthly Gold Service deep clean completed by Charlie, who was more than happy to answer questions I had regarding the service. Everything was left very tidy on completion. Great stuff.

Reported a faulty speaker to the office, had an engineer sent out that very day, then a call from the office explaining they have to order the speaker in, waited one week then engineer returned to complete the fault, outstanding service, would definitely recommend Just Hot tubs!
