Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent - I bought 2 hoodies for my 9yr old son - both size 13-14 as he likes them oversized, one fits fine, the other, he can’t even get his head through - on measuring and comparing to the other hoodie bought on the same order, it’s roughly 2-3inches smaller. I understand there will be slight differences between garments but this is a significant difference and makes the hoodie unwearable - since the 19th of April, I’ve now emailed twice, used their website contact form twice and sent a message on fb messenger with no response - shocking

Awful quality, the zip has come off on one side and the pocket corners are already all worn out. Will not buy again and will certainly not recommend.
I bought a hoodie for my daughter size…
I bought a hoodie for my daughter size 9-10. My daughter is 8 years old. She struggles to get the hoodie over her head and she gets stuck. I've had a look and can see the hole for the head to get through is rediciously small and I know after a few wears and washed she will definitely not be able to get her head through.
Awful quality
Awful quality. Stitching on backpack started coming loose after 4 months of use. Did a quick fix to still be able to use it only for the stitching on the opposite side to come loose 2 months later and the whole zip to come off.
Customer service not helpful, saying we're 23 days out of warranty. Id expect a bag at this price to last longer than 6 months!

Ordered an expensive coat for my son’s birthday online only to receive an email 24 hours later saying it wasn’t available any longer. The coat had a discount on it so my suspicion is they didn’t want to sell it at that price as the online store is still showing stock in the specified size

Disappointed with the customer service provided from HYPE! parcel went missing 2 weeks ago and evri have confirmed they have ‘misplaced this’ have been back and forth to try and get products resent and have been told I have to wait numerous days, to then chase again to be told that all my original products are now out of stock and they still can’t process a refund for another several days. Shocking service!

Cancelling contract - bad customer service.
Edit: Hi JustHype, yes, finally my delivery charge which I was legally entitled to has been refunded. Please train your staff with what is meant to happen when a customer cancels the contract under the consumer contract regulations, it was a painful process explaining what that means.
I’m still waiting for the rest of the refund however that might be a Royal Mail issue. Rest assured I’ll never be shopping with you guys again.

Just to clarify, I’m not disputing whether the order could be cancelled before dispatch. I’m aware that once an order is picked and packed, it can’t be cancelled at that stage. That’s not the issue.
My return falls under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give customers 14 days after delivery to cancel for any reason. This is a legal right and applies even if the order was “fulfilled”, the cooling-off period starts after delivery, not before.
Under Regulation 34(2) of the legislation:
“The trader must reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of delivery.”
Your own website repeats this exact policy.
I returned the item within the correct timeframe, and the goods are already in transit back to you, which is fine. The issue is simply that the original standard delivery fee has not been refunded, even though both UK law and your own stated policy confirm it should be.
This has nothing to do with incorrect ordering, “faulty items” or cancelling pre-dispatch, it’s the standard legal cancellation right.
I’d appreciate the team reviewing this under the correct regulation.

Avoid the bag bundles options on the…
Avoid the bag bundles options on the website. My sons who love this brand decided to take the risk and have the company choose for them, as they liked so many, only to be sent to Unisex bags, and not boys what we ordered.
I have been informed the options we got was categorised as boys but as per website Unisex Magazine bag
It was a waste of time and should have just brought the ones they liked on the web page.
I hope others, who are looking at the bundle realise it’s not worth taking the risk as Hype won’t allow me to return to have boys options sent.

Avoid!
Avoid. I placed an order. I was also provided an Evri tracking number but the order was never fulfilled. The tracking number was raised with Evri but the order never dispatched. I suspect this company have gone into liquidation and stock is being sold where possible as I had previously been successful. I did recieve a refund before actually asking for one. Save your time and avoid.

3 items were due to be delivered before…
3 items were due to be delivered before my son started school. I received the delivery and only had 1 item in the bag. I’ve emailed justhype and it’s been 48 hours with no reply. I then resorted to messaging them via social media. Gave them order number name and postcode and it’s been 24 hours and no reply.
Absolute joke of a company.
My sons had to go school without a backpack and now I’m having to buy him one once this refund or replacement comes through.

Bought my daughters school bag and…
Bought my daughters school bag and noticed the buckle which is used to tighten the straps was sewn on the wrong way round, therefore you could not adjust the straps to the right length on both sides to wear on your back. Have been issued a refund ... minus the delivery fee of £3.99 I paid. No response to the email I sent about not receiving the full refund including the delivery charge for a faulty item. Avoid this company it's a shambles.
