poor phone service
oktook it insurance, was told to register online for access to account, seemed to work at first but now have had a document request and cant get on, calling for assitance is a longnwinded and fruitless exercise so far, yes the cover was a great price but i fear its going to bite me in the rear...
well despite the call from a customer rep , still can't log into the "app" despite it working the 1st time, still have outstanding documents and no way to n provide. at point of requesting a refund and going elsewhere..

The price increase seemed a bit high as my risk had not changed. Difficult getting through to renew policy and wait times over 30mins. Had to ring nx day. Mobile app does not detail and give you an option to renew.
