My order took months to turn up and I had multiple emails back and forth with customer service. I was told if my order didnt show by a certain date that I would be refunded 100% of purchase. Once it was past this date I got in contact and was told I could then have 10% off for the inconvenience rather than a full refund. I did not see any sort of discount in the end and when my order finally arrived it was damaged and missing items. Since it was coming a long way from China I would have expected protective packaging however items were enclosed in a flimsy plastic envelope. Will not order again and do not recommend.

I Love it
This was my first paint by numbers. It was so fun and turned out great. I got it just to do for fun and relaxation but I'm actually going to frame it and hang it on my wall. First of all I absolutely loved every second I spent on my painting. It was perfect for me as I have always been drawn to art but never had any artistic skills or vision. It was a little daunting at first but so cool to see the painting take shape as more colour was added! The colours in this set are absolutely gorgeous and so vibrant and I love that it arrived ready to enjoy instantly. I have one more to do which I’m so excited to get started on and will definitely be ordering more in the future! The company has amazing customer service and will keep you posted all throughout the ordering process which is just another added bonus. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
I am completely satisfied with the site! I ordered only 2 paintings so far, the delivery is fast enough, each painting was delivered about 14 days from the order date. The guys are great, they continue to work during Covid-19,I understand all the difficulties of delivery now and I am ready to wait even longer. It's worth it. Digital painting-rescue during quarantine.

I want to share my experience in ordering several paintings from the site justpaintbynumbers.
To be honest, this is a really high-quality canvas, it is very convenient to apply paint, the colors are very bright and dries quickly. I made the order on May 1 and received the long-awaited package yesterday.
I will gradually order other paintings. And I also wanted to add - if you want to make a creative gift to your loved ones, then this is the best!
I decided for myself that this manufacturer is worthy to be told about it.
How beautifully and inspiringly the manufacturer designed the packaging, and, in this, you feel real professionalism! Delivery arrived very quickly, I am pleased that I did not have to wait more than a month, as in other stores.

I am familiar with this company, its production and customer service. These guys are doing their best under COVID-19 conditions. Support quickly responds to messages and gives up-to-date information, orders are formed without errors, and in case something is wrong, they return the money.

It's definitely not a scam.

We ordered several paintings 04/19/2020 to have something to do during the lockdown. But we figured there was gonna be a delay as there were no tracking updates for quite a while at the time. My husband and i started getting really frustrated, though i was impressed with their support! Like once we emailed them, after a little while we got a response detailing the process. Honestly i was about to cancel the whole thing, but as it turns out, our parcel was stuck at customs for a week!! Looks like people there need to get back to work.
So the support reassured us that everything was fine and we just had to wait a little longer, they guessed this mishap was all due to the fact that even at customs there aren't enough people working because of the virus.
So we agreed to wait for 10 more days and eventually received the parcel soon after!
Overall im quite happy with the service and i am in awe of the paintings themselves, when i showed the painting to my nieces, they were dazed by the colours and the detail on the canvas. I felt like i was Picasso

I ordered two large canvases and absolutely love them! Even the background of the abstract piece is beautifully detailed. Will definitely look back at this shop for any art in the future

I placed an order on the 28th March and still have not received my item which was supposed to be a present and I've now been waiting 6 weeks.

I understand there are delays currently due to the current situation however 6 weeks is not good enough. I've had some very vague responses from the Customer Service team however the last 3 emails I have sent have been unanswered. For this reason I've resorted to leaving a review here in the hope I will be heard!

Extremely disappointed customer, definitely wouldn't recommend and I won't be buying more products although I had planned to buy a few paintings for my house which is a real shame. I would rather go elsewhere.

I just want the painting or my money back and a response!

I've ordered some canvases from these guys and it is amazing! That was a birthday present for my little nephew and he was so excited because of such a gift! Unfortunately because of the COVID-19 it was a really long way from China to the UK but we finally received it!

I hope really that you guys will deliver sooner in the future!

I ordered two paintings from this store and one painting from another one so I can compare.

They answered to my very first email really fast, but then it took awhile to get their reply.
The order was delivered within about a month. I knew the delivery time was 20-25 working days, but I was really worried, as the tracking had no any updates for two weeks.
They offered me a discount tho.
This is an acceptable delivery time while Coronavirus pandemic is on. But I wish I had more information on my order’s tracking.

The painting from another store was delivered with the same time but the quality is pure. It was folded and had wrinkles on it.

Meanwhile paintings from justpaintbunumbers were rolled. Paints are thick. The result is great!

The customer service is good, managers are respectful and nice. It would be really great if they replied to me faster.

Amazing quality of the canvas and paints, and brushes as well! I really love my paintings from them because I've already painted two!!

I will order again in the future! I've placed the order on 21 March and received it on 14 April. It is around 3 weeks but it is okay because of the situation in the world now!!!

I ordered a painting a kit on the 4th April and the company sent me a tracking number. Today when I checked it said it was already delivered. I contacted customer service and they told me it had not been shipped yet so I asked for a refund. As soon as I did, they told me that it had already been shipped, however they are not giving me a tracking number. This company is absolutely dodgy and they are breaching their shipping terms. Don’t bother ordering from them!

Just wanted to share the timeframe of how long it took for delivery as some of the reviews on here were off-putting:
Ordered 20th March
Dispatched 21st March
Air freighted 2nd April
Arrived in UK 4th April
Delivered 9th April

Everything arrived in good condition, I expected a longer delivery time based on the fact that this was coming from China and many mail carriers around the globe have been impacted by Coronavirus. The tracking on-site tended to update the day after something had happened but I found it to be very informative! Very happy with my purchase.

This site is a scam. Don't buy from them! I placed an order on the 31th of january and still today, the 21 of march haven't recevied it or gotten any reply's on my emails.

Good things:
Quality is very good from both the canvas and the paint.

bad things:
I’ve waited a long time for the package to be delivered.

Customer services do reply, but it can take a while as well.

This is a scam site. The orders don’t arrive and they don’t reply on emails. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered on the 1st of Feb, I sent 2 emails to check on my delivery time but never got any answer. Very bad customer service and the tracking order tool is not helpful at all.

Terrible experience. I've ordered on November 27th for a Christmas Gift and the package never arrived. The shipping is from China (instead of USA as claimed on their website) and the tracking information are stuck. Otherwise I found the same paint on Aliexpress at 1/3 of the price..
