I wanted to get some personalised table mats and having found this site, it was all very easy. Much cheaper than I expected, and when delivered.....I can't fault the quality. The final result is exactly what I wanted to achieve so I'm very happy

Really pleased with the speed and quality of the iPad case we received. To be honest, I was not expecting much more than a novelty gift for my parents but was really impressed with what turned up. I added a photo of my parents' dogs online very quickly and it came out perfectly placed on the iPad cover. I think the guys at Just Personalise may have tweaked it to improve what I submitted - but do not rely on that as I may be wrong.
The colour was slightly out from what I expected but that is due to colour settings on my screen and NOT their fault at all. Just be aware of this when you order so you are not disappointed.
Also I expected it to be a couple of weeks before we got the personalised iPad cover as that is what you get on the "major" shopping sites but this turned up at my parents' house within 2 days of ordering it.
Really happy and definitely recommend... I'm trying to work out what to buy next!

Actually really good quality and really good service. So much so I'm going to be ordering at least 2 more products today. My only gripe is the Botton clip on cover is transparent (clear) I would have rather it been in contrast with the designed (top) cover or maybe black.

Very pleased with my i pad cover and with my name on it makes it even more special.

The quality of the picture I originally submitted was not suitable but company got in touch with me to give me the chance to submit another photo that would not be blurred when reproduced. Great service and quick delivery.

I ordered coasters and when they arrived they had sharp nicks around the edges. I asked for replacements but was advised they had tried once to redo my order and it was still faulty. I asked if they could try again as I had ordered the items for one of my customers and I had in the past received the same product without this fault and they said no. Even my pleading for help as a small business didn't help. So much for businesses helping other businesses in the UK. Extremely disappointed with the outcome - I won't be ordering from this company or any of their other businesses in the future - they have a total disregard for their customers. Plus if you try to give them a review direct it just goes to their customer help so they can weed out the bad reviews. I had to come direct to TrustPilot to leave my feedback - I guess that is how they have a 4.9 rating - probably not that in reality.

Amazing service. Placed the order at the weekend and received it 2 working days later. Phone case excellent quality and finish. Will definitely use the company again.
