If you're going to have someone bombard…

If you're going to have someone bombard your phone at all hours of the day, please have them speak & comprehend the English language well enough to answer elementary questions. Seems more like a scam & just a matter of another form of intercepting the publics personal info. Not cool at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM!!! Horrible!!!!!I I called this law firm on a Friday. Left a detailed message, some of the information I included were my working hours. Specified that, unfortunately I cannot answer my phone before 3 PM. The first call I received was Saturday about noon. Informed the lady I was not able to talk for any length of time. She advised me she would call back around four. Did not receive that call. I did receive a call the following Monday, again around noon. I told the person calling me. I was unable to talk for any length of time and if they could call me back after three. This person did call me back. Unfortunately I was unable to hear
her. It sounded like they were in a car using hands-free. All the windows down on the freeway doing about 90. She said she was using a headset and had never had an issue before. I told her I did not want to hear anything wrong or give wrong information due to me not being able to hear her. She said she would transfer me to another intake person. They would call me back. Now two days later I received a call AGAIN around noon. He told me he would call me back at four, because I was at work and it was before three. He called me around 6:30. I wish I had caught his name. Unfortunately he spoke so fast and literally hung up on me. It left me stunned. We had not spoken for more than 30 seconds. I am guessing this law firm is contracting people to collect basic information from potential clients. I can guarantee they are losing many potential clients because of this. After this interaction I would not refer my worst enemy to this business. Completely unprofessional and rude for no reason!!!
