Everything has been fine so far good customer service

I tried to call back like 5 times since you guys first contacted me on October 1st.
It took me a few days to find out where my records are and after I found them I called Justpoint five times, left four messages. No response. That's just weird.

The person who called me barely speaks English and clearly has zero medical knowledge. I had to keep repeating myself and correcting him, multiple times on the same points. I have yet to receive a completed contract . I did my part. They have not done theirs.

I spent a good half hour on phone,giving dates, times, addresses. I never heard back.

Well, they stay on top of the case and they keep there word! I couldn't be happier with hiring them to represent me.

I thought the woman who called me was great. She was very patient and tried to be thourough.

They were very polite and helpful. They called me back after I accidentally hung up on them. They were very patient with me and tried to Help me to the best of their ability.

I kind of feel like an idiot for giving these people my information.
It's my fault for clicking through on a FB ad I guess. Following the phone assessment my email was flooded with spam and I got an alert about my SS# and name floating around the Internet. I can't say it was definitely connected but they timing would have me think so.

No Law firm should make more than the people who have been effected,60% for law firm & 40% for the peopl ,we are the ones suffering not you

Even though I didn’t meet the requirements for a potential lawsuit, Cassie was very patient and asked me a lot of questions to determine whether or not we should continue. Overall a pleasant experience.

Sketchy. Pretty sure they fake a screening call. Asked me to verify codes sent to my email and phone then told me I don't qualify immediately after.

After pouring my heart out to these people explaining to them what kind of pain I've been in for the last two months and there's no end inside or at least a year and up to 3 years they get absolutely nothing for me. Still wondering if they're not buddy buddy with me The doctors in my town because they're not doing nothing for me either. So this chiropractor that did this to me is going to get away with this Scott free.
