Great service, quick delivery and well packaged

Good quality radiator. The communication regarding delivery was spot on, received a call from delivery driver half hour before. Would certainly recommend and would use again.

Excellent service

Easy to navigate website, amazing range. I had a small query that was answered quickly and effectively over the phone. Painless ordering, my selection indicated the additionals Valves and connections.
The radiators were delivered well within the expected date by one of the better courier company’s.
Only slight downside if you are ordering a large radiator make sure to have someone to help as it may be too heavy for a single driver.

If ever needed I would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything was good. Easy to order and the radiator came quickly. They couldn't give us a delivery date when we ordered as it was delivered by the manufacturer but the manufacturer was very helpful as was the shop.

Arrived promptly, well packaged

The towel radiator we ordered arrived damaged by the courier. One call had a new one on the way with minimal fuss.
Fitting was easy and the product quality is fantastic for the price.

We’ve had a great experience with justradiators. The staff are very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had about our order. We particularly liked the fact they emailed shortly after the order was placed to check we were aware and approved of their lead times. Our recent correspondence with one staff member (Jax) was very positive and their actions went above and beyond to satisfy out query.

Gave expected lead time, checked we wanted to go ahead with chosen colour radiator (non refundable once committed) - all happened as expected. Good sturdy radiator.

The radiator suits my purpose but the crap i was sold relating to this wasn't fit for purpose! Wasted money!!

Delivery was fast and arranged a convenient time and arrived promptly even to a difficult village with narrow access. The radiators were well packed with clear instructions and easy to fit and worked straight out of the box, and connected to the internet easily after a couple of tries so they can be controlled remotely.
