Very good service and an extremely wide range of radiators to choose from. We bought 3 Lux Oxford radiators this time last year and now all installed they look brilliant. Special shout out to Jade who resolved a problem that was a plumbing error at my end, she sorted out new parts very efficiently.

I purchased a radiator which I had an issue, I got in touch with Dylan he replaced the radiator for me.

Can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend just Redditors, great service.

The delivery was great. However, when my tradesman was fitting it, we realised that I had bought the wrong type of thermostat valve, so I had to return it for refund. Luckily, the process was smoother than expected, although I need to proactively follow up with customer services to secure the refund. Overall, not a bad experience.

Missing Radiator Valves delivery was quickly rectified. Assume lost in transit. The box was quite small. Ideally the valve package should be taped onto side of radiator box to reduce chance of getting lost in transit.

I have over the last few years been ordering from Just radiators many different items, the service is excellent any issues they resolve it immediately without any problems, the prices are great lower than anyone else’s on the market, it’s a pleasure to do business with them. Well done keep up the good work.

I recently was on the lookout for bathroom towel radiators and then latterly also decided to change living room rads as well. The price for my bathroom radiator was best at Just Radiators and the service was brilliant. Bathroom towel rad arrived within 3 days. I then was on the lookout for regular rads and again was looking at prices and one of the radiators on their site was more expensive than another I had found. I preferred to stay with Just Rads so made a phone call and spoke to the lovely lady called Jacqueline and asked if she could price check. She asked for the relevant details of the radiator I had seen elsewhere so she could check- naturally I understood this. She came back to me very promptly and said they would meet this price. She was a lovely woman who was both friendly and professional. As I was in a rush she arranged next day delivery and am expecting them tomorrow. So thank you Just Rads and Jacqueline, it was so nice just to get through to a person, let alone somebody who would actually assist you - you know - like old fashioned good service 👊🏼 Thank you 👌🏼😊

Best price for the radiator I wanted, delivery very clear and smooth, radiator went up and works like a dream.

After placing the order, someone called me to ask me for my preferred delivery slot and check whether they'd have issues if they delivered it on a larger lorry. They delivered exactly when they said they would, and the radiator was great quality.

I ordered a towel radiator which was delivered very quickly, however on opening the packaging, I noticed some damage on it. I spoke to Jade in customer support and sent photos.
