The personal touch
The personal touch, this is the first dry food my dog eats without adding meat to it. And I have tried a lot of (expensive) brands.
He also gained a bit of weight, my dog doesn't care about that but I do.
He looks fantastic, everywhere we go he gets compliments.

Then I switched to Just Russel, and now his feces is back to normal, and he's happy again thanks to the right composition he needs. It has been a good experience
It has been a good experience, Phoebe really likes the food, the treats and the service is always great. The App bugs sometimes and it doesn’t work smoothly, items I didn’t add to my order appears in the order and it’s sometimes tricky to delete.
So this is a little annoying.

Hi, Just Russell is abusing its policy of automatic orders.
The first order, I had a toy and calming bites in it, and for the second order they sent the toy and calming bite again. I did not review the email in detail so this let's say was my fault. THEY MADE SURE TO TELL ME "ONCE YOU SUBSCRIBED IT IS YOUR FAULT"
Upon many interactions and them saying still-no you have to pay for the toy too-I told them I wanted just ONE order of dog food and that after that I wanted to stop with them.
Well guess what they did- WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE they just sent me 2 orders of dog food-took the payment TWICE and now I have 100 euros worth dog food at home and a total of 18 kilos.
I DON'T RECOMMEND JUST RUSSEL TO BUSY PROFESSIONALS-IF YOU MISS A DETAIL, FOR SURE THEY WILL SUCK THE MONEY OUT OF YOU-
ZERO GOOD INTENTIONS-I FEEL ITS KIND OF A PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SCAM .
I wouldn't have said these IF THEY DID NOT SEND ME 2 ORDERS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE-
I HOPE THIS HELPS PEOPLE LIKE ME-DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO THE SYSTEM-ONCE YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO TRICK YOU TO EARN MORE MONEY.
ALSO THE DOG FOOD BITE SIZEES WERE TOO BIG AND MY DOG VOMITTED THE FIRST 4 DAYS.

My dogs didn't take the change very well, vomiting, constipated, diarrhea
In our case we noticed that the dogs who was most happy to eat and typically eats as much as she can (we have to watch her weight) didn't want to eat these.
Later:
- diarrhea
- vomiting
- constipated
We decided, even when mixing in very small quantities in their regular food, that this is a unhealthy and even dangerous change for our dogs. Honestly, I'm a bit dissapointed that they don't offer refunds when you give them literally the feedback: "hey, due to your food my 3 dogs felt bad for 1-2 weeks and didn't adapt to it at all." In contrary you get the answer: "if your next delivery is already on the way, you have bad luck".

I like the "custom made" food(blend).
And Lily loves and enjoys it very much! :)
I also think it's super comfortable that you don't have to think about buying food in time, cause it'll be delivered when it's needed, according to your custom plan, through the membership.
