Best shoos I have ever had amazing arch support basically spring Excelerators

Absolutely no customer service or response to emails. This is a definite sham of a product and business. Would highly recommend to NOT purchase anything from Justsoso.

DARN, if I had read these reviews would have never purchased my first pair BUT I didn't so I did (did you follow all of that ???). I LOVE THEM !!! Purchased via AMAZON so if there had been a problem would have their protection. Stiff at first but comfortable as they broke in, never noticed them lacking wet traction except on floors you would expect to be slippery. I ran across these negative reviews by accident & felt the need to speak up on behalf of the product. Here it is October, 6 months later, & still happy.

Placed my order over a week ago. I haven’t been given any tracking information. As a matter of fact, when I enter the order number onto their website, it says the order doesn’t exist. I have sent three emails, at least…I never get an answer. I’m at a loss. How do I reach anyone? They have basically taken my money and ghosted me. So disgusted.

JustSoSo online had a sale, buy 3 get 1 free. I ordered 2 pairs for each of my children, one for now- one for later. I measured both my children's feet according to their directions and measured the length in inches.
The men's sizes were correct. My older child's shoes fit as expected.
My younger child's foot measured just under 9in long- which was equivalent to a woman's 6 (US 5.5) I ordered the 6 for now and 7 for later. The 6 is too small and the 7 never arrived.
I've emailed the company 3 seperate times. Included pictures of the brand new sneakers, packaging, and the size chart showing 9in=size 6.
I've heard nothing back from the company.
We will not be recommending or buying this brand again.

Their website has buy 3 and get 1 free. Ordered 4 pairs in November and only received 1. This site is a scam. Have sent numerous emails requesting info on order with absolutely no response. Don't waste your money.

I wish I would have checked here first. Like someone else mentioned, this site said to be aware of people selling fake Just So Sos. So I ordered through them to make sure I got the real deal. I’m not one to usually fall for scams, but I’m pretty sure I just did. I got an email saying my package was delivered by some courier I’ve never heard of. I searched outside my house high and low, and checked with all the neighbors, but there was nothing to be found. I’ve tried emailing the company twice, and no one will get back to me. Do not waste your money!

I am a real person not a bot. The shoes came and were exactly what I ordered. The order came from China and the shoes were in a bag. But they were over 50% less than a fast delivery and a shoe in a box that I would just throw away.

Don't order from the Just So So web-site! You can order these from other sites and have the ability to exchange/return. The actual company does not answer emails. I have tried 3 times...nothing! Order from Amazon or anywhere else, just in case you need customer service. The shoes arrived in a light weight plastic bag (like something from the Dollar Store), no box, no wrapping inside, nothing. I was honest when I emailed them and did not try to say they were damaged. I just want to exchange for a larger size, and I am willing to pay the return shipping. Maybe if I said they were damaged in shipping they would reply. So disappointed! $50 down the drain!

If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service sucks. Shoes were to small. I sent 3 emails to return them and no response. I hope they get shutdown.

I sent an imail that the shoes don't fit me and I want to return them but they don't answer me it's very bad service I don't know what to do there is no phone number or anything to talk to very bad service and very poor quality of shoes

I ordered some shoes and they did arrive promptly. However the size was very short in length despite me measuring and using their size guide. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get some sort of help or response. I have sent repeated requests for help. No response. There is no other way to contact them. Since this is now well past their 1 week return policy, I am guessing that I will not get help.

I love the shoe's!... but when I ordered them they were advertised as non-slip bottoms. I work in a restaurant, so I need shoe's that will stop me from sliding. Well when I tried them at work the non-slip failed, I was sliding all over the place.

I purchased a pair and could not even get my foot in the shoe. The foot opening is small because the tongue is sewn on the shoe. I returned them of course.

I am a chef at a restaurant. I read that the shoes were good for being on your feet all day and had a non-slip sole which is needed in a kitchen. Unfortunately after only 30 minutes I had to put my old shoes back on because I was sliding all over the floor like it was ice.

I ordered a pair of so so womens running shoes. After I ordered the shoes I found out the sizes are not American sizes. I sent the company 3 emails to kindly cancel my order because the running shoes would not fit me. I waited for two weeks to receive a reply from the company. Yesterday they finally replied stating that the shoes have been shipped and it is to late. This company only cares about making money and to heck with the customer.

They hurt my feet so bad. I am flat footed, so I look for comfort my ankles even swelled up so bad for the first time in my life and I am 19.

I washed my shoes and the sole came off. Do Not Wash these in a machine! Hand wash only...
