Poor response to email request for refund. Still waiting …. Sent email over a week ago. It was acknowledged on the day I sent it, granted. But I have chased it up twice now …ZERO response. All I want is an address to send it back you. An address which does not appear on your website. Have given 3 stars as the quality of goods is excellent. I am returning 1 of 3 items ordered as it is too big. However, it am struggling to understand why you do not have a better process for refunds? I am at the mercy of email ? Cmon!

I absolutely love this company and its message. I am ambassador for JustStrong and they’re absolutely lovely. I would highly advise to really take a look at the sizing if you’re not from the UK, don’t repeat my mistake. The size can tend to be a bit bigger depending on the product, I got a pair of their Slim Joggers in a size M(for a more comfortable/oversized fit) but it turned out too big for me. So just remember that when ordering, other than that, I highly recommend this beautiful company with high quality products and one that truly wants to empower women, of all shapes and sizes.💞

Notification of an item on back order was 11 days after the order. Took days to get response on a question about rest of order. Had to follow up to get a response. Timeline on ordered on 1/10/25 after poor response and customer service requested refund and finally got a response this morning. Takes customer service 3-5 days to respond and I was hopeful for the products and to be an ambassador.

I recently purchased a set of workout clothes from Just Strong and I love it! The material is very breathable and the support is perfect!

My experience with Just Strong was fantastic. Email communication was spot of so that I knew where in the process my items were. I love my Sports Bars they are super comfortable and stay still during a challenge Hot Yoga session. I cannot wait for my next purchase.

I ordered from just strong when I became an ambassador for the company.Even though I'm located in Australia and the products where sent from the UK they arrived just after a week. The products are high quality comfortable and true to size.
I highly recommend the brand and there products.

I purchase blue tracker hat, emailed support ask if the package is the way/ late coming via post & the support team responded straight away, saying they are look into why parcel had not arrived, immediate response & very friendly customer service. Parcel arrived the nexted day.

I love this brand! The message, cut and fit are phenomenal. I can’t believe how comfortable the leggings are and they don’t inhibit my workout !

Easy to buy, good prices and the quality is really good.

I absolutely love the message that we can be strong in all different shapes and sizes. I’ve got the slogan leggings and they fit really well and are comfortable around the waist which is really important to me. My favourite piece is my ‘Strong in mind, Strong in body’ slogan vest, I always get compliments on it and bonus it washes really well! LOVE Just Strong 🤍

I ordered a hoodie and some sweat pants. They are crazy comfortable and even softer! I love the message of Just Strong just as much as their gear. I live in NY so was looking for some warm pants that I could wear to the gym. I wanted cuffed bottoms so they didn’t get wet but I also wanted to be able to take them off during my workout if I get hot without taking off my shoes. The joggers fit both of my requirements. The joggers and the hoodie are both extremely warm. Really love my outfit I ordered and will be ordering more!!

The team were really helpful telling me about the brand and the outfits were really excellent quality and design - my wife, who normally buys Sweaty Betty, thinks they are great and much cheaper too

I received my items yesterday and they are beautiful! The color saturation on them is amazing! The quality is fantastic.

But more than that, the message of Just Strong is powerful. I can’t wait to order more. This is going to be a staple in my gym bag every morning.

I am a 58 year old lady that just started doing 5ks two years ago! I run from the back of the pack, and what a better message to those in the back with me! Just Strong!

The order takes a bit of time, but so worth the wait.

I hope to see more t shirts with the wicking. The one I ordered, bubble gum pink is perfect. I like a little more arm coverage and this fits the bill!

Be sure to check the sizing. The US sizing is pretty close. I always order up one size with the fitted items because I like a little more room.

Amazing comfort and durability! I am very happy with all the products I have received from Just Strong. I would say that the time to receive orders does take a little bit of time, but when they arrive it has been worth the wait! Very thankful for this company as it has been a great inspiration for myself mentally and physically. Being able to further reach out to others and embrace them in their strengths as well!

It may take a bit longer for your order to arrive than with other companies, however it is totally worth the wait. I love all the prices in my first order and am expecting my next one soon. I can't wait. The quality is excellent. Customer service is outstanding and I love what the company stands for.

All of my items are absolutely amazing. I sized up in everything -3 pairs of joggers, 2 hoodies, and a sports bra. I'm glad I sized up in the joggers and hoodies. The. Joggers fit perfectly and the hoodies are a little big which is how I prefer. I wish I had gone with my normal size for the sports bra. Everything is super soft and comfy. I wish shipping info had been a little more accurate and that customer service had been quicker to respond. I waited a week for a response via email. Totally worth the wait though.
