Avoid
I'm fairly new to supply, so not sure what to expect, however, it certainly was not this.
They are supposed to be 'gold standard' however, I have never known anything like it. Someone reached out to me via LinkedIn and asked me to send over a CV, which I did.
To confirm my documents I was asked to go to a Garden Center, which is not best practise at all, despite the fact they have a 'gold standard' award for this. I then received a text asking for my availability for a long term role at a school that I really want to work at. The text did not even give the name of the school, and also said no planning was involved.
I talked it through with an agent, who basically told me nothing, there was no rate of pay discussed. I then called the next day as I was offered a permanent role, within the same trust. They tried to promise/ make out that it was a 'temp to permanent' role. I also asked about OH, and was told that as a supply agency they didn't do that. I was forced to make a decision without all of the information to do this. I reached out to the manager to make a complaint as I didn't feel like as a supply agency they were following their own proceeders, and was fobbed off and ignored.
I would not recommend this agency, and would highly avoid, as I now fear that they have been incredibly unprofessional, and will put clients and schools in danger with their approach.
