Dirty wheels upon completion
Booked a set of Goodyear F1A6s for my car. The booking was smooth and easy enough. 10 minutes later I was being called by Head Office that the shop would like to speak to me. They say the original tyres have foam in it (i.e. an EV specific model) and ask if I'd like to get a refund to change the tyre to EV specific model as well. I appreciate their caution not to replace a tyre which is potentially louder than the old one, but I understand my old one was very loud to begin with so I decided to go ahead with the non-EV variant nevertheless.
I waited for about 1.5 hours, didn't receive a call to retreive the car but I headed in anyway. The car was indeed "ready", and the shop keeper quickly handed in the car key without saying much. I checked all four tyres but was disappointed to see all four wheels are smeared with excessive amounts of fitting grease, and have hand-drawn markings un-cleaned. I've been to a few tyre shops with different cars, this is the first time I saw my wheels being this dirty after a tyre fitting. I spotted another Tesla that came just behind me, and its wheels were like that too.
Really angry about this, but I was late to my appointment and I drove off without protesting this. Cleaning the wheels and tyres should be a basic courtesey for any garage after a tyre fitting, and Just Tyres thinks this is a luxury (maybe it really is an optional extra, I didn't check their price list though). As such I'm not going to visit them anytime soon.

14 years returning customer to Just Tyres.
Have been using the depot (Amersham) for 14 years, always polite & friendly even when they are up against the number of customers. Always check wheel nut torque and place the locking wheel nut key back in it correct location. Great attitude and very fair pricing.

Online booking system needs to be sorted
The chaps in Just tyres Amersham were very helpful. My problem was that I'd booked wheel alignment online & Amersham don't do wheel alignment? Apparently the staff have reported this many times so thete is clearly a problem with the booking system. I now have to travel to Wycombe . Should've just come here first & I could have got discounted tyres with discount on the alignment. Now have to pay full price. Feel sorry for the Amersham branch who have always been very good

First time have used Just Tyres at Amersham. Excellent service, gave all tyres a good inspection and discover that my rear tyres had previously been fitted the wrong way round . This was corrected FOC. Will certainly use them again
