Brilliant Service
I popped in on my way home from work with a Tyre Pressure Sensor issue. Sam couldn't have been more helpful. Diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and the price. It was done there and then. He also spotted a nail in the tyre and offered to repair that too. Very honest, fast and thorough.

Well organised service from ordering online to fitting
All went smoothly from ordering 4 tyres on-line and having fitted the following afternoon, with a prearranged appointment time. Would have given 5* if I hadn't had to wait longer than anticipated after returning, having bided some time in a local coffee shop while they fitted the 4 tyres.

Damage and tyre fitted wrong way round
One tyre fitted wrong way round, picked up on mot. Bought 4 tyres from them several times now as regular customer.
When corrected they then scored my alloy wheel badly.
Customer service asked for more.details then no reply despite 4 emails
I now have to buy new wheel at 1300 or refurb one at 330!

I went to get a puncture repaired …
I went to get a puncture repaired the area manager give it to a young lad to do he managed to drill the outside and not meet the hole in the inside so he drilled another hole leaving the tyre unrepairable so leaving no choice on Saturday afternoon having to buy a £225 tyre and damaged my alloy
I made a complaint to head office and apparently the area manager was going to ring me back within 48 hours no phone call so I emailed customer services to escalate the complaint on Friday and no acknowledgement of anything just ignored me
I won't ever use this company again and what is the point of having a complaints department if they don't acknowledge you it's a gimmick
