Lovely bunch, quick and very efficient. Helped me chose the best tyres for my car

I live in Northampton now and still go down to Buckingham for my tyres. Very friendly and so helpful every time. 5 stars aren’t enough to rate this business.

So easy! There is a good choice of tyres on offer and the online booking service allows you to make sure that the tyres you want are ready and waiting for you. The fitters are friendly and knowledgeable too, so it's five stars from me.

My wife attempted to get tyres fitted at Buckingham JustTyres this morning after paying in advance - although she had to book online herself as the fitter refused to match the online JustTyres price while in the actual workshop...

Unfortunately it seems this workshop still lives in the stone age as their hand tools were unable to free off the locking wheel nuts and after questioning this my wife was told "Whoever is responsible for putting them on can take them off" followed by "Either I'll break or the nut will break" - so you're telling me that in 2021 your 'JustTyres' workshop doesn't have an impact driver? and then you have the cheek to get ars*y about it.

Get a grip and do your job. Also, I expect a proper response to this review, rather than some half hearted wet apology that takes no responsibility for the way that your employees speak to people. Total waste of time.

Update 09/12/21: As expected a reply that shirks responsibility. If you had an airgun, you could remove them, and then re-tighten them by hand when they are refitted. It's quite simple. As for the way my wife was given an immediate refund, I would have expected no less.

Buckingham branch is always the cheapest for budget tyres in the area.
I have always found the staff here friendly and knowledgable.
However quite often there is only one member of staff on site and when that is the case the waiting times are excessive.

Just tyres buckingham fitted tyre back to front against manufacturers guidelines. contacted E-tyres who I procured the service through who advised to drive the car 60+ miles back to the fitter in Buckingham to, take it off and put it back on the right way, even though tyre has been run backwards against manufacturers advice for 100+ miles - dangerous

Couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful

Needed two new tyres before making a long distance trip. Extremely good service from Roger who, despite being on his own and having to juggle phone calls and several deadlines, completed the job as promised on time. Very grateful to him for his excellent service and evident skill.

1st class service, helpful & pleasant staff. In spite of a timed booking, took a bit longer than I expected - all good though.

Waited well over an hour having booked a times lot. Polite guys but really poor service level waiting that long for one tyre that was already in stock. If I hadn't prepaid I would have driven off! Sadly unlikely to use or recommend!

Ordered 4 tyres on line for best price. Booked online time slot... When I arrived the tyres were in the depot and they had details of my booking. Got on the job.. I did a bit of shopping and when I returned the car was ready to go.
No problems at all.

This is all about the staff, service is good, price is good but customer service from "Roger"? was exemplary, despite being one staff member down he went above and beyond what could be expected to fit my tyres on time, even postponing his already overdue lunch break. He was polite and professional and deserves to be noted as a true gent.
