The fitter who fitted my tyre was an absolute trooper he had four customers waiting to be attended to, working alone due to staff shortage this did not phase him one little bit as he worked a few cars at once keeping every one 😃 happy.when I arrived there were 4 customers waiting and when I left there were 4 more customers waiting with about 30 mins left till closing. Well Done Mate.

I spend there 2 hours not fault of the the person which change my tyres!
Company should hire more people if they are extremly busy!!!!

Having been asked to delay my visit by a day due to staff shortages I arrived at appointed time.
The manager and the only other staff member were extremely busy but acknowledged my appointment and worked hard to change my tyres.
Good price but the staff were clearly short staffed (absolutely not their fault).
Overall I would recommend and go back.

Overall good experience. My appointment was pushed back by someone via phone call; when I got to the depot, I had to wait a little bit, but not excessive. Too much work, not enough staff - or over booking?
I hope staff didn't have to rush my job......

Bought 2 tyres online and booked a fitting appointment for Friday 3pm at Just Tyres, Buckingham. I arrived to be told the tyres hadn't been delivered and someone had been trying to get hold of me all morning. Crap. No one made any contact with me at all. Re-booked for Tuesday 9am and then had to wait for the a further hour for the fitting to be done.
Not the sort of service I expect.

Excellent service from Roger at the Buckingham branch. Massively understaffed but still managing to give a brilliant service. Take note management, keep treating him like that and he won't be there for much longer. Thanks again Roger.

Kept to the appointment time and the tyres were very competitively priced

I have been going to Just Tyres in Buckingham for some years and will continue to do so as long as we are in this area. They always give good service and good value and even though it sometimes takes a little longer that I had anticipated they definitely merit their five stars.

Good service overall: but used them twice now and both times my original appointment time has had to be changed to be made later then planned.

Bought two tyres at a good price. Staff including the manager were polite, friendly and efficient. Overall a good experience.

The team at the Buckingham branch are brilliant.
But Roger who has been there all the time of myself going there is absolutely first class.

We had great service on the phone and when we visited for fitting.
The man in charge was like a one man band, answering the phone, dealing with customers and doing some fitting, all with patience and a smile.
A refreshing change to have friendly efficient service.
