Great service top job the manager and his assistant worked like Trojans to clear a mountain of customers !!!

Awful service quote a price all in only to add more to it. Attitude of service person terrible I didn't expect to have to argue and carry my wheel to my car being a woman on my own . This was my first and last visit to this company absolutely terrible perhaps if I was a man I would have been treated better awful awful awful

I arrived and had my tyres fitted straight away.

Fantastic service fixing a broken alloy and two new tyres.

I placed an order that was in error. Its complicated but basically I wanted to increase wheel size and insurance said no. Just Tyres refunded without quibble or problem. Will use again

I had a suspected puncture on my car and was told they would fit me in between customers. My car was seen within 15 minutes of my making the the tyre was checked. Thank fully it had just been over inflated thus triggering the warning sign. The technicians in the garage corrected this and refused payment as tyre checks are a free service (who knew!).

Ordered tyres online and arrived on day of fitting some confusion as to whether the tyres had arrived.
Tyres located and fitted ok.
The manager Roger was trying to carry out three people's job's at once no wonder confusion set's in!

Great service when I was visiting my daughter and got a flat tyre. Roger put my spare on so I could drive home. Would definitely recommend to anyone who lives in Buckingham.

My appointment was at 12 and my car wasn’t finished until 2 but they were short staffed and apologetic so I wasn’t too annoyed.

Great customer service, great tyres!

I had booked a time to have two tyres replaced in Buckingham. On arrival I found six other customers waiting.
I had to wait for an hour for my car to be completed.
It would have been longer if not for the speed of work of the two tyre fitters there.
The issue appears to be the central scheduling system

I was told I would need a new tyre which the above ordered in ready. In fact Just tyres in Buckingham were brilliant and they mended my old one so I got a refund on the new tyre. Very pleasant staff, incredibly helpful. Will definitely use again. Thanks, Helen G

I booked a 9am slot for 4 tyres and an alignment. Arrived at 850 and was told I couldn't be seen until all the other morning cars were done first. I then chose to go over to the nearby shop to waste some time. Came back 45 minutes later and my car was still where I left it. Waited a good while longer while they worked on other cars. I was then told I had ordered the wrong tyres. I hadn't, the guy had brought the wrong car in to change the tyres on. Given that he had my keys I'm not sure how this was possible. Then had to wait for them to finish those cars before they could do mine. 3 hours to change my tyres isn't great service I am sure you'll agree.
