Just Tyres - Cambridge Reviews 

Good experience today the fitter did a great job and was very careful not to damage my alloys when putting the tyres on unlike tyres I've had fitted elsewhere .
I recommend Cambridge Just Tyres for a 10/10 job.

a catalog of errors - booked online (11/2) which included a time slot to fit tyres on the 12/2 at 15:30 took vehicle to centre at time slot and tyres hadn't arrived (no call to prevent journey) left vehicle and was told to come back at the end of the day - returned and tyres not fitted again no communication to advise me not to come to centre was told to return the next morning an hour after opening to collect, however they were still not fitted - contacted them before returning again and was asked if i could come to centre as the they were the only person working and they didnt have a drving licence went to centre to move my car for them however another employee had just turned up (after mid day) finally got my car back fitted with one new tyre the end of that day 13/2
poor service no communication from centre - did ring head office o 14/2 waiting a call back 26/2

Unit was ready with tyres set to one side to fit. Great fast and friendly service

Convenient & Quick

The tyre place is near cambridge retail park and clip & climb, so an easy walk to tesco, sainsbury's or subway for a bite to eat.
Service was really speedy and there are customer seating, parking available and clean toilets.

Went for free check and then i asked for job to do but i went like 2 times guys said very expensive price in store and different both time and online it’s so cheap I think so just tyre doesn’t have anything fixed priced

Easy to compare prices on the web and to make a booking. I was expected and the tyres were fitted efficiently by the technicians, who were very pleasant.

Just tyres Cambridge just saved me! I had a bulge in my wheel which wasn’t picked up by the garage and they spotted it! Ordered the new one and fitted it; only to realise that the sensor is broken too. Got the sensor and fitted it! So professional, friendly, and super helpful efficient. I honestly can’t thank Calum, Ant and Pat enough for their help! They are super stars!

They took their time to fit my tyres and even did a check for tracking as my tyres showed that they have worn uneven. Agreed to do the tracking and now car drives fantastic. They went the extra mile.

Good prompt service

Did not stand by its pledge of notification if an issue arise, turned up to an internet booking on the Saturday to be told i would need to wait at least two hours (already lost time off work), not called ahead to warn me of any issues at the garage beforehand and the chap who turned up unbooked had the priority.
Was booked in on the Monday instore, when home i called customer service who told me it was booked for the previous Monday !
Customer service changed the appointment, but due to Hospital emergency i had to cancel in the morning, rebooking for the Tuesday .
On arrival was told the tyres only turned up on Monday, so obviously could not have been fitted Saturday even if i had waited !
Customer service last word were he would speak to me later, still waiting.
Positives, the lad running the garage was polite, only travelled locally so far have not been over 50mph but balancing seems fine.
Just genuinely disappointed.
