Super quick service. I was in and out in 30mins with 2x Front Tyre changes and wheel alingment. Thanks Just Tyres, will definitely be using you again in the future!

I contacted their local site to order 2 new tyres for my wife's car and was told it would be easier to order on line. This I did and after filling in and answering the questions regarding the tyer type, was offered a number of date and times for the work to be done. I decided to take a slot at 10.00am on the Saturday. On arrival I was informed that the tyres were not available and when I asked how they intended to solve this problem I was told to phone their head office. Upon phoning the head office I was told that they couldn't do anything as it was a bank holiday week end, and they won't be able to contact suppliers etc. Even though i booked 5 days before there wasn't any attempt to to inform me that they couldn't fulfill the order. I have had my week end inconvenienced by poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Got there just before my 10 o clock appointment, one of the tyre fitters said we'll get you sorted. Within 10 minutes car was jacked up and wheel off. I waited around, just before 11 they put my wheel back on with same tyre and asked me to move my vehicle so someone else could get out. My car then went back in and they started again, eventually car was done at 11.25, went to get my invoice but they had no printer paper, the fitter offered to start writing a pre printed invoice out but by this time I'd had enough as I was late for my next job. Not really the fitters faults as they were both busy although one did pop out and get his breakfast whilst my car still sat there. Very bad customer service in my view and I certainly won't be recommending them.

Visited today to have a new tyre fitted and the staff were very professional. Despite it being exceptionally busy and near closing time the two staff (Conner and Harry) that I dealt with were very helpful and did a great job. Would definitely visit again. I think the staff make these places and both of them made the whole experience very quick and easy.

I ordered 2 tyres from just tyres on Wednesday 14th February and booked an appointment for them to be fitted on the 16th 10.00am I turned up at the centre I requested at 9-55am and by 10-30am was driving out of the centre will two new fitted tyres fully balanced and guaranteed and feeling very happy. Great service professional helpful staff whole range of tyres and services on line at competitive price’s.

Tyres ordered online but later could not be supplied however Just Tyres phoned and explained. Alternative provided.

Their compressor was broken, but they still changed the tyres in good time. Very efficient. Good communication and was kept informed.

The price was reasonable but the date of production on one of the tyres was scrubbed, it seems I've been sold an outdated tyre.

Booked a tyre fitting, went in and the guys at the location fitted it in without any issues. Very efficient service with down to earth, easygoing lads at the site. Great work.
