Just Tyres - Luton Reviews 

Bought 2 tyres from this company and the day the tyres were due to be changed, my car turned up at the garage and no tyres. No apology, no communication to advise the tyres will not be turning up. Really disappointed with head office.

The tyre I purchased online was not the tyre that was fitted by the Luton garage. They had decided to fit an alternative tyre as the tyre I had ordered and paid for had not arrived, without my consent.
I would have preferred a phone call to ask me what I wanted to do in this situation, and to give me the option of coming back when the tyre had been delivered. Instead, I arrived to collect my car with the alternative tyre already fitted.

Booked though head offices online system on there on line booking system to have x2 tyres fitted to my ford kuga went down to get them fitted to be told they had not arrived even when I had a time slot booking of 4.30pm then had to leave had to ring centre next day to see if they had been delivered
Which wasn't until 4.30pm which cost me extra fuel and time. Once i can understand but Took another ford kuga in today for same tyres booked online and paid online 10.30am again and same again only one tyre had arrived So now had to have one fitted on wife's car and have to go back Tuesday to have one more fitted fuel and cost of wife working again the blokes at centre could not apologise more for the way I have been let down what is point booking and paying on line if it does not work really poor head office
Not the centres fault as there is nothing they could do as tyres are not there tried to help best they could but don't keep that size in stock

Communication before the fitting was very good indeed. I was given a time for the fitting, but this ended up being delayed by around an hour. The fitter was careful to get things right: the tyres were 'handed' ie needed fitting the right way round. And a classic car required a slightly different approach: much lower tyre pressures and torque settings. The fitter asked questions to make sure he did everything correctly, including tightening the wheel nuts by hand and not with a powered wrench.
Overall I was very pleased.

Tyre ordered and fitted locally during alloted time. No issue, will use again.

Terrible. Two guys today at Just Tyres Luton. Macho swaggering and misogynistic. Took my money in advance. Delivered no service. No tyres and complete disregard for a pre-booked appointment. No apology either. Lots of small dick energy. Treated me like s***! Full of themselves. Never again. My custom gone, my money winging its way back to me. My advice. Go somewhere else.

A FEW MINUTES! Try 35 minutes and counting. Dash Cam footage available to view. Rude and zero customer service. Less than impressed.

Took them an hour to put two tires. At the end, they came up to me and they said that the hob had been destroyed. I realised that they didn’t know what they were doing, and had someone that didn’t seem like they were trained and were without supervision. I believe that they have messed up my car and have shifted the blame onto me. They also made me sign documents stating that it wasn’t their fault. Now I have to spend £200 to get a new hob. This is the worst place I have been to and will never go back. I believe that there was nothing wrong with my hob and the guy that was assessing my car messed it up.

The service was polite, efficient & prompt. I was given a five year warranty on my purchase & everything went smoothly.

Booked for 4pm, arrived a bit earlier. I was told to wait a bit but car went in 5 minutes later. Lads work as efficient as possible. Great to see they are using the old school ways of tightening bolts using torque wrench not impact gun. You found yourself a new satisfied customer.

Web site when ordering tyre really easy to navigate good result didn't need tyre fitter said he could sort out the issue with tyre and work was free and tyre money was refunded happy days

Not happy at all, one off the worker scratch the handle from left back and also hit or scratch the alloy wheel also on the same side . Thank you for good job 👎thank for informing me for what they done even if a cheap car or expensive. Don’t recommend not professional!!!

The guy working / serving was fantastic ! Spot on customer service. Really helpful with advice regarding tyres and brakes going forward. Best customer service from a garage in a long time.

Booked online at 2 for appt at 4 done by 4:30 for two new tyres.

Great service guys really helpful even put the spare back under the van for me I have had tyres done here before and I will go again as they are very competitive with the prices
