Cracking service and friendly helpful chaps

Great service, very efficient

Great service from Ash and the boys, very polite and efficient. I had lost the alloy locking security nut , but they managed to remove all 4 tyres and replace for 4 much needed new one's.

All the staff great , Manager warm and friendly. let me know my rear brakes needing doing soon and gave me a quote. Tyres fitted without any trouble or damage to the rims. Good people who do a good Job. Just as it should be. Thank you , I will always get our car tyres done by Just Tyres in the Future.

Spoke to Ash who’s manager of the place before placing my order on line. Appointment made and tyres fitted and aligned exactly when they said they would be. First class service 👍👍

I was greeted by name by the guy who is going to be working on the car and he worked hard all through and then responded to my questions very clearly ; it looks from what I see now is it look like the alignment is now perfect!

Got brilliant customer service at the Wakefield branch who sorted out the fitting of 4 tyres for my car. Ashley and Oliver are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Very highly recommended for quality, price and service. 5 star service. Thankyou car drives like a dream.

Cant fault these guys. Got tyres for my old Triumph and they found the rims were quite corroded. Ash went above and beyond to clean up the rims and mounted the tyres for me. Great job!

I went to get my tire pressure sensors changed. Never again - DO NOT USE. I was told it would take an hour and all four sensors need changing. £480. Expensive, but that’s what it costs today. They spent over 2 hrs and could not get the sensors to connect. I left being told they would auto calibrate. They didn’t.

So I rang and booked it in to get it looked at, I even rang up at 9:00 on the day to check everything was alright before arrival at 09:20. Upon arrival I was told that they could not fit me as I was literally getting out of my car and I had to leave and comeback another day. I said that they had literally told me 20 minutes ago that everything was fine with my booking, and I was not leaving as I wanted to get my car sorted. That this was unacceptable as it had been prebooked and I’d just rung to check and told everything was ok. The staff member then stated I had been aggressive against him and refused to engage. At no point was I aggressive, in frustration at being asked to leave straight away upon arrival I had explained that I needed to sort out my car out and wanted to talk to the manager. The staff member then became aggressive and started swearing and carrying on. He told me I should not have got the work done with them in at first place, I should have gone to Vauxhall. It was clear that this staff member did not want to do the work I’d paid for. I spoke with the manager, who I’d spoken to over the phone and booked my car in with. He then lied and said it was booked in a different day, and I’d have to bring it back another day. I’d literally spoken to him 20 minutes earlier. Also they was my day off, so it was the only day I could bring it in. It was very clear they could not be bothered and wanted to finish early because it was bank holiday.

super efficient, good prices, freindly helpful staff, good communication. Based on my personal experience and this was the second time i chose Just Tyres, i cant fault them.
